Toby and his team were efficient and helpful, positive and polite to deal with. They fixed my leaking hot solar water system, including speaking at length with the supplier of the system to figure out how best to fix it, they weren't afraid to get on the roof and also they fixed the cylinder itself. All is working fine since. They also replaced a water filter, which I am also happy with. I will definitely call on these guys next time I need any plumbing work

I rang Tap Plumbing because I had a blocked drain to my septic tank. I thought it would become a long drawn out process taking several days But no problems for Bevan Reid. He was fantastic and had everything organized straight away. He kept me informed throughout the repair, I needed a new pump, he worked with my electrician and left my place looking like he had never been there. I really valued that he explained everything to me and gave me advise about my options. The service really was 5 star. I highly recommend Bevan and the TAP team when you need an excellent plumber. Tap Plumbing were fantastic when I asked them to install my new septic system, they organised the septic tank, just made the whole thing so easy. Always honest and open about the project Toby was great to deal with I could recommend Tap Plumbing more! Cheers!

I engaged TAP plumbing to do my sewer/stormwater separation and a 100% replumb of the house including new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and improve hot water pressure. Toby and his team have been reliable and punctual with excellent communication and good quality work. I am especially greatful for his sound advice on the different options available to best meet my needs. I have now hired him to work on another house rennovation and he is already proving valuable with his advice during the planning process.

Toby and Chris did a total re plumb of my house, connected system to the mains and installed Gas hot water. they were super efficient, great communication and kept me informed the whole way through. turned up when they said they would and spent the time to really understand what it was that i wanted to achieve, their workmanship is to a very high standard and they left the job clean and tidy, their sense of humor was also greatly appreciated. Very well impressed and they will now be my go to team for all my plumbing, drain laying and gas fitting needs , highly recommended.

Toby and Patrick recently came to do a job for me and I found them very knowable and professional, but at the same time friendly and reassuring. They make a good double act and it's nice that they have a sense of humour too. I was kept informed throughout the process and they left the area very clean and tidy. I would recommend to all my friends and happily call them to deal with any future plumbing needs. Brilliant service and I'm a happy customer!

The guys were great. They turned up on time and completed the tasks efficiently. They also offered advise on how to avoid the problem from happening again. Also pointing out the pros and cons of all ideas and indications of costs. Made making the decision to proceed with further work easier. Terrific tradesmen. Helpful and understanding. Have put TAP on top of my list of plumbers.

Toby was such an amazing help. I text him on Waitangi Day not expecting to hear from anyone till the new week but he called immediately and help us resolve our problem temporarily till her could make it round to replace the broken part on our cylinder. What a great guy! So grateful for his quick response. We will definitely be using his services for any other repairs, maintenance and upgrades in this service area.

Very good service. Toby was extremely busy but called in on way home. Small job but difficult and very awkward. Toby soon had the better of it, and left me with advice on how to finish the job. Super pleased with him going out of his way - first of all to answer our call for help, then to call in on his way home at the end of the day, and to not be beat by the tricky fittings! Kitchen soon back in action. Thanks Toby, very polite, knowledgeable,professional and prompt. Cannot recommend highly enough.
