Kane came out to fix plumbing issues in and older house for us right after the new years break. He was very upfront about his rates, arrived on time, was very professional yet easygoing and gave various options for fixes, including approximate pricing. Then he completed the job competently and quickly - great service all round even by my high standards. I'd 100% recommend him and his services.

I’ve been using Kane and his team since 2020 for our properties for jobs big and small. Great staff and most importantly clear communication and turn up when they say they do, and do a professional job each time. Always good be able directly deal with the boss too.

I sought professional help from this company as I need to put a new drainage/sump to ensure that the surface water will not enter the subfloor of our house. Michelle has excellent communication skills and was very responsive to all my queries via email. In addition, Kane is courteous and patient in explaining the best solution for my concerns. I highly recommend this company because of the fair price and their expertise.

Accrete were contracted to do all plumbing work relative to our Studio build from initial layout in slab foundations through to finishing with instillation of toilet, shower, kitchen etc. Very pleased with attitude of Kane and his team, helpfulness and the end result was just what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Kane removed an infinity gas water heater system and did a great and prompt job. Communication was easy and clear. Would recommend and use Accrete again.

Both Kane and Phil have been amazing to deal with. Kane was quick to give me a call back after my ceiling started to cry and the roofies advised that it wasn't a roof leak. He was responsive to my questions and genuinely helpful. Phil was incredibly friendly and checked it out, then installed the new cylinder. I would highly recommend Accrete and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Not only is the ceiling drying out nicely, but the water pressure is amazing :D

I can’t remember the plumbers name that came to my house but I do remember his excellent service promptness and the way it was done in a very friendly manner . It was only a very small job but he was very courteous as he explained what he was doing. If I need a plumbing service again accrete plumbing will top of the list. I thank you the company. You will do well.

I have used Acrete for a number of jobs and can't rate them highly enough. They are very responsive and able to carry out work to a high standard quickly. They remain my go to Plumbing and Gas company.

Emailed Friday morning, got a reply Friday afternoon that a staff member would fix the problem and would arrive 7am Tuesday morning (Monday was a public holiday); sure enough the staff member arrived Tuesday morning at 6.59am and worked non-stop until 4pm, and completely fixed the problem (broken pipe underneath concrete pathway). Excellent service, excellent job, fair price!

Highly recommend Kane from Accrete plumbing, came to look at job same day as initial contact, quote through the next day and work completed on quickly. He was extremely accommodating with our dogs while the job was being done which made the whole process even easier!

Awesome service all round and can recommend to all! Kane has worked on both our houses. Last week he installed a Rinnai gas hot water system, and yesterday I rang him about a gas hob. Kane is prompt, professional and has great communication. He lets you know when he will be on site and keeps you informed. Certainly cant fault his workmanship - fabulous gas fitter and plumber!

Kane and his boys did two stormwater jobs for me on my residential property; 1) - installation of a large drainage channel into a new deeper sump that connected into job 2) - full replacement of our 60 year old storm water drainage of about 30 meters of silt filled terracotta piping with pvc piping. We have infinity heating and a tight space down one part of the house where part of the new piping had to be laid. But I could see how skillful Kane was with his small digger in creating the channel for the new pipe to be laid. I recommend Kane and Accrete for the following; 1- communication e.g always shows up on time and clear in phone and text discussions. 2- knowledge and skillset e.g has plumbing, drainlaying and gas fitting expertise 3 - competitive pricing/quoting

Amazing service. Faultless communication, fast, efficient, friendly and informative service. Installation of infinity hot water was great, and now we have awesome pressure. Removal of old gas heater was fast and efficient and they removed all rubbish and materials. Thank you! We will be back in touch in the future.

Had issues with old hot water cylinder they went out of their way to sort it for me straight away. They were on time, super clean and Kane was just a all round good guy super happy with job and would highly recommend them to others
