S.Des Beech, of PGE Ltd, completed the installation of a new Rinnai Infinity gas water heater and (inside) temperature controller for us in our property in Lansdowne, Masterton.
Des is an excellent communicator and very confidence-inspiring in the way he took care of all the aspects of this job, including the technical upgrade requirements and sorting out some poorly written instructions that came with the Rinnai temperature controller.
We were originally recommended PGE in the form of "Plumbing, Gas, Engineering", but following the second Covid Lockdown, and with the addition of his Des's son Shaun (an electrician who's relocated from the South Island), this business is now "Plumbing, Gas, Electrical".
This change obviously suited us very well indeed, as together they were able to handle all aspects of the task, and they also appeared to work very smoothly and well together.
