This is the first time I’ve bothered reviewing a company. Second time I’ve used this company was over whelmed with the service from start to finish both times the customer service was awesome Friendly, prompt and felt like they went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Don’t see this much anymore the whole team was great, highly recommended.

We have always used Bell Plumbing for all our plumbing needs over the last 16 years and although that hasn't been very many times, they have always been quick to respond, professional and did the job well. Most recently, our concrete septic tank needed a new lid after the existing one broke and collapsed into the tank in pieces. It was quite literally the crappiest job ever excavating all around the tank, emptying it, unblocking drains, reconfiguring pipes to match the new lid . . . . it was a massive, multi-day task and all without a single complaint or moaning about what an awful job it was! Kudos to Shaun (and Levi) for awesome work and hopefully we won't need your septic services again for a long time to come! Thank you.

Hot water cylinder gave up on a public holiday in lockdown. Bell Plumbing came within half an hour of my call to them, spent the day sorting and the invoice was extremely reasonable. Excellent service by Glaswegian Alan (a specialist in his field) recommended. Call out was for no hot water pressure . HW tank drained to access rusted valves. Replaced and tank refilled. Arrived on time with phone call to advise arriving 10 mins time.
