Simply the most helpful, accommodating, and professional tradespeople I've ever worked with. Had a leak from the water tank. They turned up without delay and did a great job. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Foley's responded quickly when we contacted them about replacing a leaking pipe with our Infinity hot water system. The plumber turned up promptly and on-time. I was really impressed by the service and speed. Nathan did a call out for us late one evening, and was able to get everything sorted for us really quickly. Some parts needed to be sourced but these were obtained and reinstalled as fast as possible. High recommended.

The office person was very helpful & good to deal with over the phone. Hamish was the tradesperson and did a great job explaining the process of repair, he was very courteous and left the site clean & tidy. I found their web site very easy to navigate and appreciated that they had a menu category for Covid, so you could easily find out what to expect from the Company and their tradespeople when on site.

I had a leaking, rusty guttering on the back of my house and the guys came to fix it. Very professional, awesome job and I didn’t have to wait long for it to get fixed! Had the absolute pleasure of having Foleys Palmerston North come out to my property (which is approx 30mins out of town) to investigate the hot cold plumbing and quote on an infinity hot water system. Extremely professional company, all questions answered thoroughly and in detail. Arrived early for time for quote, quote returned within a day. Quote accepted and job was booked straight away and completed all within a week. Tradesmen that did the install job are the best people you could imagine to have in your home, quality of job done is well above what I could've ever imagined.

We called upon Foleys to repair our shower mixer which had been causing us some problems. The plumber showed professionalism in his work by pointing out signs of wear n tear before dismantling our shower mixer. He even fixed our toilet which had continuous water running. I think this bugged him while he was fixing the shower. We have called on Foleys again to provide us heating options for our lounge which we have now selected a preferred option and will be asking Foleys to supply and install for us. We are so pleased to have found a tradie company that pride themselves with top quality work and advice.

Arrived at our house in PN late Friday to be told the waterheater was leaking rang Nathan who gave us great advice to keep us going over the weekend . 8am Monday they where on the job sorted the cylinder we were not on site those that where where impressed with the man that attended great prompt service A1 thanks to the team at Foleys gerald tracy mulinder

We rang the company and spoke to Peter Mudgway who advised us he would go around to the rental house in Palmerston North that week to quote our job. We live elsewhere. he was so prompt and gave us a quote and then brought a crew of others over to complete the job and fit off electrical, change plumbing, fit the shower etc and they all did an excellent job.

I have used Vince Basile plumbing for many jobs and have always received excellent results. They are real professionals and a credit to the Folys group. If your looking for someone who can get the job done at a very competitive price then these are the people you need to call. The last job was to unblock a urinal and fix a leaking tap pipe. Charged 8.75 hours which is excessive by any stretch. They used a product that has twice failed to do the job resulting in a second visit to fix using rudimentary equipment/supplies that cost nothing. I will still use the services but knowing the product doesn't work, will be asking them to stick tothe basics which seems to work every time.
