J.Great experience using Hutchinsons. Very reasonable quote for a complicated job. Digging up a basement to install a new ensuite in a bedroom conversion. Replacing hot water cylinder, re-siting gas bottle and lines, sorting outside drainage. Hutchisons were reliable, provided excellent advice and were always pleasant and efficient. The job has been completed to a high standard and they stuck to the quote despite a number of challenges along the way. We highly recommend them.
S.Being in restaurant business and facing many unexpected plumbing issues, it is so precious to receive quick respond from a professional who can help you right away. Hutchinson plumbing was our saviour that day, without their instant respond and that extra mile service we would have been closed for the day. Jono not even fix our leaking sink right there (15 min after the 1st call), he also take his time to point us to the right person to help us fix a broken appliance (which was not in his specialty). For a commercial customer, I highly recommend using Hutchinson, just great service from great people.

M.Our hot water cylinder died a couple of weeks before Christmas and John was able to help us with installation of a new gas hot water heater at short notice at what must have been his busiest time of year. Within 5 minutes of my first call John was at my office to run me through what was involved and get the ball rolling. Very much appreciated and highly recommended.
v.Jonathan and his team were amazing. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they were fast. I needed an urgent gas hot water system installed when my previous one failed suddenly. Jonathan answered my afterhours call and sorted an urgent installation of a LPG Hot water system . He answered all my queries without hesitation and made sure I understood. His staff who did the installation were great and left no mess!
What also impressed me was the follow up I received after installation.
Definately highly recommend this team.

The team sorted out a leaky pipe and had us back up and running . Thanks guys I would definately recommend these guys if u need any plumbing work in Rotorua
