Awesome, professional, prompt service. Very personable and friendly and kept me well informed of what was going on. Highly recommended. Will use them in the future for any further work needed.

Recently my parents (Nina) had three separate jobs done by Pipe Masters and were all carried out perfectly. Every job is thorough, fast and completed to a high standard. This was especially noticed on the last job where we had a very complicated leak and Marcus was able to quickly fix the problem. We will be using Pipe Masters for every plumbing problem we have - thanks team!

The communication from booking to completion was great. Marcus turned up on time with a smile on his face and did an an excellent job. I've used these guys a few times before and always had great friendly, efficient service.

A few words in regards to the service requested by me from Pipe Masters. I had to get a gas meter replaced and a new tap fitted. The gas meter was replaced whilst I was absent from the house. A leak was discovered and after some detailed investigation, was tracked down. I didn’t even know I had a leak and I thought the whole process was very professional and detailed. The tap was replaced in a timely manner. It was difficult to access, hence I didn’t do it myself ! Very professional work and Marcus was very polite and tidy. I would highly recommend Pipemasters for all your plumbing work.

Replaced 50 year old leaking water main. Date and time made all went to plan. Two cheerful plumbers showed and proceeded to hand dig in the pouring rain. Job done well, turf almost like new. Cleanup amazing. Would not hesitate to call again.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received from Pipe masters, I called with an emergency on a Friday afternoon, within an hour there was a tradesman at out place to fix the issue. Marcus ( the tradesman) was extremely professional, friendly and good at his job. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful also. Very reasonable pricing!! Great service is hard to find, but working with Pipe Masters has been great. We have had Pipe Masters complete a number or plumbing, roofing and drainage repairs on our rental property over the years. The communication has always been excellent and pricing fair and reasonable. We had had a number of tradesmen on site though the various different jobs and all of them have been competent and easy to work with. I would have no hesitation recommending Pipe Masters to anyone looking for great service.

We needed a plumber urgently after hours for an outdoor tap that wouldn't turn off. Pipe Masters were really great, turned up within about 20 minutes and sorted out the whole thing really quickly. I'd definitely use them again!

Awesome communication through covid lockdowns from Brittany about when a plumber would arrive. Toby was super clear in what he was doing and the options available to us. Friendly and approachable about the whole thing. Definitely use them again.

We found Tim at Pipe Masters to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, personable and skilled. Our bathroom renovation and infinity hot water installation went super smoothly with no stress. The guys were very tidy and considerate, polite and friendly and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. We 100% recommend Tim and the team who made the whole process from consult through ordering supplies/fittings, installation etc as easy as possible. Pipe masters did a good job for a reasonable price I’d use them again

We used Pipe Masters a number of times, as we are slowly renovating room by room. They installed an outdoor shower, renovated our kitchen and laundry, and other bits and bobs. They were excellent to deal with- from communication to workmanship, all was amazing. Thanks guys. Will use them again

We used Pipe Masters on a number of occasions while renovating from installing all new plumbing and central heating to an after hours call out for an outdoor shower emergency. the consultation and installation process was flawless, they were so helpful, super fast and nothing was a problem. An extremely user friendly service end to end. highly recommended.

Just a note to say how pleased and appreciative we are of the plumbers you sent to fix the leak in our water main. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite and carried out the work to a very high standard. They explained clearly what they were doing and why.

I had an emergency with my main pipeline into the house from the road. I called Pipe Masters at 7am and they immediately diverted a plumber from another job to repair mine. I was very impressed with the speed they got there and that it was all sorted. With the pipes being so old they suggested they should all be replaced with plastic which they duly did a couple of weeks later. We have used Pipe Masters several times over the last year to check out little leaks and issues with an older home we bought. Every time they came they were fast, knew their stuff, and always had a way of making us laugh our way through what we thought would be a slightly stressful situation. So it was an easy decision to get them back when we were upgrading our hot water to continuous gas flow, and installing central heating through the home. I cant rate Pipe Masters enough, we had some blocked pipes at my business which they came to fix. Not only was this done in a timely manner but I was kept in the loop the entire time with details surrounding the job such as options for rectifying the problem etc. As we were a women’s retail store I was even more impressed with their discretion around entering and exiting the store. A great experience all round, Thankyou Pipe Masters.

I rang Pipe Masters during the second week of the Covid-19 shutdown as I had come across a leak in my wall and was put onto Paul. Through the phone Paul helped me track down where my leak was coming from and the processes to do so. Paul was awesome to deal with! Used Pipe masters several times on some big (several drainage soak holes) and small (unblocking toilets, fixing hot water cylinder) jobs around the house. Great service and the owner is a bit of a character as well (to say the least).

They inspected my exisitng stormwater system using CCTV. They were there within a day and provided a great service and great to deal with.

For the past 7 months, I've had to ring in the same plumber every 5 weeks to fix my blocked toilet pipes, but they weren't much help until Pipe Masters came along. Instead of only unblocking the toilet (which would only last 5 weeks), they went to find the root of the problem to entirely fix the toilet pipe. It has been over 7 months now, and I haven't had any issues. Thank you to Paul and the team !

It's hard to ignore the presence Pipe Masters has in the BOP. We were after a plumber for setting up our commercial property and after plenty of recommendations from others, they were the first that came to mind. They were really easy to communicate with and jumped onto our job as soon as possible, as they knew we were working to tight deadlines. What I loved was how transparent they were when it came to quoting, and gave us all the options to help us stick to our budget and get the best outcome. They also left the site really tidy, which was something I really appreciated. We have used them for various jobs now, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they are so good at what they do.
