Dart is a top bloke and you definitely will not be disappointed with his efficiency, time management, honest pricing and we were extremely pleased to Have chosen Smart Plumbing. He came quick smart on Sunday morning, he investigated our blocked pipe work, and rectified the issue promptly. We will with out a doubt be returning to Dart for any future services we will require.

Good old Dart... comes when you call. Has "can do" attitude and is great at problem solving. Have used Smart Plumbing multiple times for a range of services. Highly recommend.

My Dux continuous hot water system wasn't working. I hate cold showers!!! I'd already worked out that there was plenty of gas and the power point was working. After spending an hour on the phone, to 12 different companies, including Dux, I spoke to Dart on the phone. OMG, what a man!!! I left a message and within 5 minutes he called me back. How's that for service ⁉️ We chatted on the phone and he told me what to do. To be fair I had been told this by someone else and it didn't work but he then told me the next step and 🔥 HOT 🔥 water. No cold shower for me.🥶 So if you need a plumber, give him a call. Amazing awesome service. Thank you Dart.

I called from Auckland to organise a repair on my rental in Papamoa. It was seen on the same day and repaired. I reminded Craig that he was No 1 on the 10 top plumbers in Tauranga! I can see why I had to chase him to pay my invoice! Would highly recommend. Great Honest Service Thank you.

Dart came recommended from a well known retailer to install my insinkerator, reconnect water filtration pipes and change vanity wastes to pop up. Fantastic to find a plumber that comes prepared with options and recommendations and not doing several trips for parts. He has been back to sort out a solution for the overflow of my condensing dryer- and shower hose - again gave a cost effective option for the shower. He found my toilet was running water and sorted it out. Good communication and very fair value.

Dart is always contactable and comes when he says he is coming. He has good advice and knowledge and does the job well.

As young, new homebuyers we didn't know very much about how to fix a pesky leak in one of the braided hoses under our kitchen sink. Dart was so helpful and friendly when I first rang and took the time to explain what we could try. We ended up needing to replace the mixer tap. Dart came to install it for us and did a great job; tidy and done in a jiffy. Great communication also, highly recommended.

I had Dart from Smart Plumbing come and rectify a faulty mixer installed by another company who couldn't be bothered to come back and sort the job (JT). He did a great job and would definitely use again in the future

Dart was great! Friendly and assuring. Was able to fix our hot water cylinder quickly and efficiently. Had an extremely well stocked van, so had the replacement part on hand. Very happy with their service.

I had issues with my toilet system during the Waitangi weekend...With a house full of guests and only the one toilet in the household...We were in serious trouble!! Ringing around for plumbers in Tauranga, Dart from Smart Plumbing answered his phone and listened to my delima. Dart couldnt visit my house as he was traveling out of town, but he did help with fixing the toilet over the phone to get us through until the next working day!
