Right from the first phone call through to the actual work itself the level of service was friendly, informative and professional. It was also really refreshing to deal with a team with common sense that understood what we were asking to be looked at even though I didn't have the right technical words to explain.
Great communication and execution of the work. Efficient and ready for any eventuality - yes they had replacement taps on hand in case which for us saved a lot of time and messing around trying to purchase them somewhere else or having to wait for another appointment while they get the parts needed.
