C.We had a leaking gutter that needed some clips reattached plus other small plumbing maintenance jobs around the house. From booking the job to completion GWTF plumbing were impressive communicated well and knowledgeable. Great to finally find a dependable plumbing company as a landlord not based in Wellington I can use.
S.I've used Go with the Flow for several years now. They always keep you well informed as to what is required and provide options for different budgets. Always professional and friendly to deal with. Highly recommended.
D.Rang and got early attention. Time had to be changed through illness. We were promptly told. Man came on time and diagnosed problem well. Nice chap. Went for part and installed it while explaining it all. Works extra well and vastly improves appearance. In invoice very clear complete with multiple photos. Fair price for work done.
P.These guys were next level awesome!! Really put us at ease when they came and replaced my mums hot water cylinder.. They were flexible with payments and that helped us out alot. We were really grateful and their customer service was excellent, always has been..Even when they received a phone call while installing the cylinder, I could tell the guy was dealing with a tough customer and he handled her so professionally.. because of these reasons I will always ring them in the future, no hesitation!
D.I booked for our gutters to be cleaned as we had a small tree growing there. The was a few weeks waiting time but communication was excellent.
On the day when they assessed our house- a very large villa- I was contacted to explain it would likely take an extra hour. This was very reasonable and it may well have taken longer than that.
They did a thorough job, cleaned up well and sent photos of the job.
I would use Gowiththeflow again.

He was very efficient, knew what he was doing, explained it to me in layman's terms so I could then relay it to the landlord in kind, he was very professional at all times yet could have an easy chat & laugh too 😀

Abso-blimmin-lutely !! From the moment I rang and spoke to the lovely young lady on the phone [apologies for not remembering your name], to getting the job completed was such an easy process for a stressed out client who hadn't had H2o for over 12 hours ! Also, the entire process from initial call to completion took just 4 hours !!!! WHERE ELSE DOES THAT HAPPEN ???! 😎

p.s. I received an email from them for me to forward onto my landlord almost immediately. Even when I couldn't find it [was having a man look, in the wrong account too !], they were very professional in dealing with such an idiot in myself and not once laughed at me ! 😂 Despite deserving it...🤭
