I.I have been using the team at Paramount Plumbing for years, they are a great team of plumbers and gas fitters. Very professional and organised from the office manager Shelley, the director Shannon down to all the plumbers and apprentices. The tradesmen arrive on time, are professional, perform an excellent job and tidy site afterwards.

I.Paramount Plumbing did plumbing work for a like-for-like kitchen remodel, involving decommissioning existing plumbing, relocating plumbing to a new location, and hooking up appliances once the cabinets were in. The team communicated clearly, finished the work promptly (allowing us to keep on schedule for the overall project), and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
P.called them 1st time from google search, i had no hot water, they installed a new Rinnai Infinity A26 Gas water heater within 3 hours same day... Impressive friendly fast service considering how busy everyone is, they did an excellent tidy installation and kept me well informed, pricing was very reasonable, would use them again for sure. K.Our gas caliphont (continuous hot water system) started to cut in and out. We requested a plumber and someone came within a few days (we’d said as it was summer it wasn’t urgent). Sam was great he said he could do a quick fix and advised cost, but suggested it might be money spent but as the copper hearing element was getting corroded (we are within 2 blocks of the sea) within a few months we may need to replace it anyway. So instead we chose to replace the RINNAI Infinity caliphont. We booked in the time for the job and when they had time free up on their scheduling we were contacted to see if we’d like them earlier- which of course we did. Whilst installing the new caliphont Sam found a problem with pipe connecting to our gas meter-he came in and discussed what it was, the safety concerns, and the costs involved to fix. We agreed with him fixing it ASAP. With the whole job we were really expecting the price we’d been quoted plus GST-but when billed we were happy to find it was inclusive of GST.
Before they left Sam also pointed out a major but elderly original steel gas pipe was getting a bit corroded. He suggested we looked at painting and look to get it replaced within the next year or so. We decided given our good experience we’d just book that in and get it replaced. We have booked that and are booked in to get it fixed next week.

B.Shannon and his team did a fantastic job in installing Rinnai Gas heater. They are very professional and did the job very neat. They responded to my urgent request very promptly and prioritized the work for us.I definitely recommend others to have them work on gas and plumbing.
