J.We had a leak and thought our pipe was leaking.Simon came over very quickly and analyzed the situation. He initially warned me that we might have to open up the wall, but after he investigated, he thought it might be the shower fixture. He turned those off and ordered the parts overnight and installed a new apparatus . He was right in his “diagnosis. Prompt, honest, and very fair in price. He also installed replacement bath tub taps and 2 out door taps. He was quick and efficient. Excellent and obviously very experienced. Thanks, Simon
