They responded quick as a flash and Aaron wasted no time at finding the leaking pipe under my lawn, fixing it and restoring the grass sods to fill the hole. Hard to see it had ever been disturbed. Price charged was surprisingly low too! Superb company!

I've now met several of the Plumber Dan team and they have all been friendly guys. I also have had our repairs done same day I ring them. Awesome business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Allan lead our bathroom renovation. He kept in touch and was always approachable with helpful suggestions. Earl and his team, along with plumber Aaron were hard working and skilled craftsmen. An excellent job thank you, we are thrilled with the results.

The plumber who attended the job was extremely polite and explained what he thought the problem was and what he was doing to rectify the issue. He cleaned the area when finished which was impressive He did say he would get someone to contact me re possibly servicing my hwu but this did not happen

Firstly I would like to acknowledge Plumber Dan for taking the time to greet us when he can, either by email, text or in person in our beautiful Maori language. Nga mihi. We are at the final stages of completing our renovations on our home which has been a huge feat. Plumber Dan and his team have done everything possible to assist us with our plumbing needs during this time in our new kitchen including closing existing water pipes, moving and installing new water pipes as well as installing our new air vent, dishwasher and waterpipe for filtered water. We have our air conditioner yet to reinstall and extra outside taps as well. On top of that Plumber Dan and his team have continued to support us with updating and maintaining our gutter system etc. The most important message I would like to send out to the community is.that my husband and.I have gained a trusting working relationship with Plumber Dan which has meant that we are able to pay our account off over a period of time which is ao important when your renovating. Plumber Dan, Andy, one of his tradies that we.have gotten to.know have always been on time, professional, considerate, respectful, understanding and caring, traits that are very important I think between client and tradesman and they always seem to go over and above what we need to do. Overall we found Plumber Dan and his team to be friendly, reliable and competent. They made a great job of our bathroom. We would recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

I called Dan on a Saturday to see if they could do a urgent job for me on a house in Marton, no hot water as a tap had broken. Job was done and hot water back on within a couple of hours, I had happy tenants again, thanks Dan for the prompt response

Dan's plumber did a great job. He was focused on the job and finished it in an efficient manner. He checked that the waste was working correctly and that there were no leaks. I received good value for my payment.

We had an issue with our toilet Christmas day, we called Plumber Dan who was not even our plumber and Daniel came that day to look at the job, fixed it enough so we could use it, next day he fixed it! Awesome service, professional and quick. They are now our plumber of choice and told all my family, friends and colleagues to do the same. Awesome!

I called Dan to replace, quickly, an instant gas hot water system that failed. No problem at all. Done within 24 hours efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend and will use again for other plumbing issues as they arise.

My home is 70 years old, an ex housing New Zealand, dwelling, kiwiana at its finest, suffice it to say, fixing a bathroom pipe in this kind of dwelling required a plumber of conciderable flexibility and creativity, instead of ripping out the bath and floor boards to access the pipe, he instead approached this problem like a plumbers puzzle, the happy conclusion was, I still have my bath and floor boards, and directly outside the bathroom window, I have a metal square, signifying, an external entry to the pipe and a very satisfactory customer result.

Fast service. Water pipe burst a couple of days before christmas, was worried about the cost and i was able to go on a weekly pay plan. Shane didnt take long to replace it and he isnt rude and arrogant like some other companies. Highly recommend

I wanted some flashings made and Dan made them straight away for me . Excellent service by a very nice guy

Very good service...they had everything they needed to complete the job...however was disappointed that 2 plumbers turned up to do a 1 man job...and I got charged for 2 plumbers...this made the invoice the most expensive I have ever had for pretty basic blocked drain...

The staff member was very pleasant, did a thorough and competent job in assessing and repairing the leak and charged a reasonable sum for a short repair.
