Thanks to Amelia and Brad for their fast response and friendly service. Cam did a great job on the repair and tap installation. I would contact Grace Plumbing again for any plumbing related problems. Highly recommended.

Approached Grace Plumbing for a leak in upstairs bathroom at my parents. Amelia was excellent from the get go. Cam did an exceptional job and fixed the issue plus did some other plumbing work. We are very satisfied with the service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Really happy to have been put on to Grace Plumbing. They were really responsive to our request, and followed up with a call to see how they could juggle things to get to our job sooner (following day!). From there the on-site service was punctual (ringing ahead of visit), friendly, knowledgeable (able to advise alternative solutions), and were able to complete all jobs quickly. The end result was exactly what we were after, so we’re really happy 😃 Ultimately I’d strongly recommend the team at Grace Plumbing for anyone needing important work done around the house. They don’t know it yet, but they’re now our go-to for any plumbing jobs!

Probably the best trade team I've ever used. They've done both my bathrooms and I've particularly appreciated how easy they are to communicate with, they are extremely helpful and if necessary help you work out those little details. They have a good stock of supplies in the van as you would expect and the servicemen come well prepared and with great personalities which just makes the whole process a lot easier and better to go through. They work out a time with you and commit to it, a trait that is unfortunately all too rare today. I can't recommend Grace Plumbing enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship for anything ranging from simple plumbing, to plumbing more advanced and complex. Would highly recommend Grace Plumbing, Amelia the business owner was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped source a suitable tap and toilet at short notice. Cam the plumber was awesome, punctual and also knowledgeable, professional but also very friendly, overall they we’re both a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them in the future!! 😊

What a great experience dealing with this company. We honestly thought reading these other Google reviews that somehow they were manufacturing their own feedback. Our 20 year old water heater finally gave up on us recently and we contacted Grace. The team were extremely responsive, provided great service and were excellent to communicate with (thanks Amelia). The prices seem fair too. We certainly know who to contact should we have another plumbinng issue. Really can't fault these guys.

So very Impressed with Grace Plumbing!!! My experience from the start with Amelia, when I rang needing someone quickly!! She efficiently with a smile in her voice, arranged a time for Cam to come to us, that worked into our schedule, over the next couple of days. The Service has been nothing but positive, happy & kind from the start!! Cam was extremely respectful in our home and to us, very positive, friendly and knowledgable lovely young man!! He worked efficiently and explained everything, as he went, with a very 'can do' attitude, answered all my questions with a smile' even behind his mask!! He obviously has been taught by the Best!!!!!
