S.We gave the waitresses a list of food we wanted, it was all written down and after an hour of only having received half our order we went to them and asked about the rest. They claimed to have not gotten any of the other orders. They also came back saying that most items were no longer on their menu.
The waitresses spoke almost no English which made talking to them very difficult.
The room was large and seated many people which was good for our requirements. The room appeared clean and the furniture looked nice.
The music selection wasn't awful. There was not a very large list of English songs, there was a lot of Beyonce and some ed Sheeran. Only a few modern pop songs. Most were older hits.
I was not disappointed but the experience could have been better.
C.Great palce for Karaoke and great food. System is a bit hard for searching english songs.

N.Great location, set-up and rooms are nice and big with decent sound system. Slightly limited selection of songs, and lack of English text but we perservered! Rooms were tidy, but toilets not, and drinks prices weren't really good value for money - but overall, a good night out.

But accessories is a bit old need some updates
