Absolutely the best service, great drinks and again the best service me and my partner are here friday night tonight. I swear i have never been to a bar where the service is great, set up is more than enough. Only one lady behind the bar her name is Josey and she is doing the greatest job to me i may have been under pressure if in her shoes. But please stop in here no matter what she is the best.

Unpretentious and relaxing, but has obviously, like Princes Wharf, seen better days. They allowed smoking on the deck, making it somewhat unpleasant. I hope Provedor finds its game again.

Awesome spot to gather with friends, have a good beer and keep warm in the cold nights. Every Tuesday, you can enjoy the Tuesday Backpackers. If you’re staying at a backpackers you get a sweet “8 pints for 10 bucks” offer and can choose from 4 different kinds. Drink with a view!

Love the backpacker nights on a Tuesday only issue is that people seem to go there in groups already so it's difficult to meet people. Also if you don't drink beer and the one cider runs out you're kinda stuck! Bar staff were very nice and helpful, only thing to improve would maybe be to do games or a quiz to get people mingling!

Since I went on Wednesday which is student night...it was a deal breaker with $6 beer and free entry. Great jam and they totally got me grooving to the beats. Loved the ambiance and staff. Cheerful people with a great positive vibe. Cheers!

All the drinks you can handle, lovely staff plus there's something going on pretty much every night. Had the best time in this place and it was our favourite pub in Auckland with all those old time bangers coming on 👌👌

Pretty busy but quite cozy bar. They decent selection of tap local beer and bottled importer one. Staff is really friendly. Was there 2 times on Saturday and Friday nights. Borh times excellent experience

The best place to drink in Auckland, by FAR. The only thing wrong, is that it is such a great spot that it does get busy so grab a table early. Good place to drink cheap beers and meet people of all ages and walks of life with FANTASTIC tunes, can be heard everywhere. Always have good events and happy hour is always banging. The bar staff are really friendly and talkative, and the bouncers are actual HUMAN BEINGS that are reasonable and cool. Great place. My all time fave. Keep up the great work guys.

It's a nice bar, mostly for young people. Negative point is that is too much crowded and sometimes you can't even walk to the bar. Beer is cheap if you're a student, like 3 dollar for a Heineken long neck.

If you are a student on Wendsday you will get a discount if you show your student ID. The discount is only on the beer and it will cost you only 5 NZ$. There are allways a lot of students on Wendsday so it can be realy crowdet. The best time to go there is between 8 or 9 PM if you want to have a chance for a seat.

Alright, this place has a lot. Good beer, cool staff and the bar is in the middle so part from the kitchen side you'll get 270degrees service! Sweet. And if you're a backpacker or just traveling, get down on tusedays for special deal on beers and drinks. Bring the passport!

Personally if they kept the music a little lower (and put different music than always the usual playlist) it would be better. I can not talk to my friends 20 cm from me. but the staff is great and the prices for happy hour are almost perfect.

The atmosphere was awesome because the All Blacks were showing on the TV. The bar service was average ,inexperienced staff who weren't sure how to mix certain drinks,and the bathroom in the men's was like a swimming pool, totally disgusting. Would I go again??? Probably on a nice sunny day and sit outside, we were catching up with an old rugby mate from Melbourne so we were having a good night.

Randomly discovered this pearl of the viaduct the other day and can’t wait to come back! Great selection of beers- bottled and on tap and quite a good range of great spirits. Prices are fair and location is great- right on the waterfront. It has an awesome view and vibe. Staff is absolutely amazing and very anattentive! I liked the music, but would have preferred a bit more of a mix though. Overall a fantastic venue for any occasion. Make sure you got some Heineken in the fridge for me- I willl be back soon! Prost

This place is a nice bar. But beware on being there on Wednesdays - it turns into a bit of a meat market. There are bouncers at the door who let people in, but then the place is so packed that you can't move anymore.

Prov is a great little bar. Consistently full of new and interesting characters. The few regulars that show up, such as Gary are absolute angels ready for a good yarn with anybody. Only thing to improve is the selection of spirits

Found it quite by accident on a, date night with my wife we were just looking for somewhere to have a quick beer and stayed for a couple of hours lol This is a great bar to just kick back and relax in... ambience is awesome with old school sounds loud enough to sing along to if you want but not so you can't hear hear each other and the staff are fantastic.. Always smiling...🙂 What a great place 👍

Great place, enjoyed the environment, but I need some help, I met a handsome man here called joe and we really hit it off before we went to gay bars together, does anyone know joe? Can anyone help me find joe? Please I’m desperate, we made love at first sight look like a tumble weed in the desert, he made me go to places I’ve never gone before, I will reward the person that finds me joe. I feel lost without him.
