J.Great eclectic decor. Guy opened early for us, lit large log fire, turned on pretty lights. Can be opened up to outdoors. Only there for one drink so don't know how it does, but I'd go there again, for sure.

T.A really fun bar. Friday nights are 'Build a Band and there are clearly some seasoned musicians around town. Lots of great performances and a happy vibe. We came early and it was busy and only got busier in the night. Good prices on beer and such cool and tacky decor. I would definitely come back.
J.Smash Palace is a Gizzy icon and a must visit for holiday makers. It is very quirky and provides a space for local musicians, singers and Line dancers...very relaxed!

B.Daryl and he crew are so welcoming. They remember a face and a name and your drink. Food is cheap and there are vegan/Vegetarian options. Prices reasonable for drinks and a huge range of beers on tap. My favorite gay-friendly bar in Gisborne. Handle night on Wednesdays to win a bar tab or a jackpot. Thursday nite Build-a-band is a chill-out way to have a few beers and listen to live sounds or get up on stage.

Apparemment le mercredi, samedi et dimanche il y a des boeufs ou chacun peut venir jouer et ça vaut encore plus le détour.
