Busy brewery - with some nice brews available. Pizza was a bit questionable and took 50 mins to come out when not that busy. They were also out of all ciders which was a shame as two ppl from our group didn’t drink beer. Nice atmosphere though and good beer selection.

Solid balance between rustic, charming and high quality brews n food. Excellent and knowledgeable service. Easily would go back here when I am in town again.

I found there Pale Ale in a pub the Sunset Point in the middle of no where down on the coast near Mahia Beach, a very nice surprise compared to the normal drafts on offer, probably one of the best balanced ales I’ve had for a while, refreshing but enough bitterness and body to satisfy, very easy to sink a few on a hot day, this is my new favourite session ale

Very good customer service and nice pizza. Small menu which makes it all the food are fresher and faster to cook. I will be back again for sure.

Great service, even greater beer! Huge range to work through. Best mid strength (2%) Pilsner I've ever tasted - crisp and clean, if I didn't know would not have picked it as lower strength ... a great summer afternoon beer!

Home of gissy gold... But so much more than that. Great pizza and a great selection of craft beer

This place has come on leaps and bounds since I visited last in 2017. The range of different brews on tap is fantastic. Visited during a day trip from Wellington. Generous with the tastes, resulting in taking a couple of bottles back home to enjoy. No Access is a stunning drop, and Bruin lightning is a solid Brown Ale.

Great selection of Beer. Nice Pizzas and good prices on Takeaway Beer. Highly recommended.

They know there beers. Great tasting selection or pick your own. Recently increased inside and outside areas. If in Gisborne a must see (and taste)

Yum. 'Bruin Lightning' is so nice! Try it if you into stoute. Reception is warm and friendly.

What a welcoming place! We enjoyed a ‘specialty’ and a ‘classic’ beer tasting board. The stout was surprisingly delicious- considering I usually find stout too strong. I love how dog friendly Sunshine Brewing is. It is so good for the soul to sit, sip beer and have a Labrador soaking up pats. Too cute. Took a box of Gisborne Gold home. Suggest you get there before the after work rush - as it is popular with locals. Oh and grab a pizza too. Delicious.

Awesome brewery. Love the atmosphere, the people, the food and also the service. The beer and pizzas at Sunshine are as good as it gets. 10/10 5 highly recommend.

Great place for a few beers and a very tasty pizza. We had a great time, just wish it was open until later in the evening.

A good selection of standard, interesting and just plain weird beers on tap. Pizzas are not too bad either.

Great place to catch up with mates and a good selection of craft beers

The perfect place to enjoy a boutique beer or two on a lazy sunny afternoon. Friendly, fun staff and a sun soaked outdoor area makes for a fantastic spot to savour some great locally (in-house) brewed craft beer with friends and family.

Good little spot to have a catch up witj good friends BUT .. yes there is a BUT lol .. now i know the hours BUT tonight myself along with a bunch of friends .. did NOT hear a last drinks call .. something to be mindful of in the future .. DEFFS an amazing place and will deffs be back lol
