Phenomenal veggie burger! Definitely ordering again! And paired with outstanding selection of beers on tap... we may need a second round! Excellent service and lovely place to sit and chat. Love the Sprig!

Busy Friday night and we (2) managed a leaner table at the street front. Food was great (monkfish burger, small plates - mushroom arancini, and popcorn shrimp) drinks (beer flight) a treat and the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the visit and I can see why it was recommended.

What a great relaxed place to eat! Food is brilliant and the staff relaxed, friendly and happy. Family friendly. Add the easy parking and it's an easy recommend.

We went here a few weeks back. Awesome place and fabulous staff. We were mostly looked after by a guy called Tom.....he was absolutely brilliant.

great taste of craft beer & cider & food. friendly staff too. Unfortunately we went there on weekday night. So, they tried to close a bit early like 21:30. We wish we could stay longer for our catch up with friends.

Excellent beetroot, beef & feta salad, and crisp chips. Marred by staff not wearing masks or exemption badges, and many maskless customers standing at the bar to reorder. Makes it difficult to feel safe to return.

My favorite bar so far! ALWAYS great atmosphere ALWAYS great service very FRIENDLY stuff, professional and ALWAYS willing go an extra mile for you! 100% of my recommendations! Come on in you will LOVE this place!

Had a lovely time here with a few beers and lunch on New years eve - great location and awesome staff - had a wee misunderstanding with food order but nothing was a problem and easily sorted - service is everything and you guys rock - thanks for a great experience

Staff very accommodating and respectful for a special function on Sunday that was a tad out of the ordinary. Always good service good food and friendly staff.

We held our hui inside. Pleasant surroundings. Lovely craft ginger beer on tap. Chips and wedges were yum and beautifully presented. The pizza looked amazing too... Nice indoor outdoor flow. Music was there but allowed for conversations. Great service.

Great atmosphere. Large range of craft beer. Good range of tasty pub food. Pizzas and chips are recommended. Sprig and Fern brew their own beer in Nelson. Several pubs around the city. This one is in a great location near the park and a short walk to the beach.

We like this place. If you want a quiet beer and a bet and maybe a punt on the pokies, this is a goer. But be warned that the locals are opinionated and sometimes may, inadvertently or otherwise, offend! We haven't tried the food but the range of beer on tap is excellent.

Good food and lots of beer options. The sea 🌊 is just across from the pub.

Over 10 different beers on tap, and all locally brewed. There is bound to be one you'll like. Also two nice ciders available. The food is surprisingly good for a bar. From what I've seen and heard it looks and tastes really nice. Usually it's pretty packed because of the location, but we have not been unable to find a space yet. Staff is really nice and laid back, a perfect fit for this bar.

Lovely little pub in a lovely area. The bar maid serving us today was polite and very friendly. Watch out for the Adult Lemonade as it tastes amazing on a 30c plus day and creep up on you.

The biggest range of craft beers this side of the black stump, really good service and get this..Jet planes as bar snacks!! Heaven.

With the new outdoors area its the best pub in Tahunanui by a mile

Amazing food and quaint cosy atmosphere . Returned 2019 and still cost with lovely staff but the food was no where near as good. More pub grub than boutique bar. Still a great place to relax and if you sit outside watch the sun set which is quite amazing.

BEST. BURGER. EVER. we had the veggo and fish burger they were excellent and the chips were amazing! The red IPA was also delicious. So much better than burger culture.

Great little pub. Their British Best, to my taste, is the best bitter beer brewed in New Zealand. And I've tried many a ''pints'' of craft beers!

Great value craft beer and food. Pie and chips was not so flash (dry and not hot) but we had a good meal the night before (flounder). Was next to our hotel and just 5 mins from the beach.

Pizza was really greasy and they have stopped accepting the amex card. Something i valued them for. I'm happy to pay the additional 1.5% or so on top of my bill, but to remove the option........not happy.

The service was great but the dog that was brought in to the bar by a patron was off-putting. Not much fun having it sniffing around us seeing that was as far as it's leash would reach.

Their beers are available at NW supermarket. The on tab Tasman did not disappoint. A great place to hangout.

Beers were good, food was good, Get a Tazzy or the nectaron, and definitely some fries, Bao buns were delicious and so was the chicken burger

We celebrated a double 80th birthday here. Staff were fantastic, attentive, but not overly, friendly and othing was a problem for them.

Great service, warm, sunny with a very pleasant park outlook and pretty busy for 4ish on a Wednesday arvo. Great for a catch up with friends when we're out that way.

Such a cute little tavern in Tahuna. A must to pop in and have a beverage. Their ciders are interesting flavours and definitely worth a try!

Pizza was great. Bartender coped well with our large group, knowledgeable about the craft beers.
