S.Awesome establishment 5 bars to choose from can get really busy on Friday & Saturday nights. Mostly full of under 25's, music ranges from oldschool hits to Today' hits.
Best chicken n chips in town
J.A mediocre club/bar primarily for University students. I have been there frequently as it is really the only place in Palmerston North to go to apart from a couple other small bars. Staff are relatively friendly, but drinks are quite expensive. During university orientation week, they do a good job putting on events. Overall, it is an alright place to go to, but if you are actually looking for a good party, you shouldn't be in Palmy.
J.Pretty good pub...doesnt look that inviting from outside, but once you are in it has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. It isnt huge but I have been 3 times and each time was able to find a table to sit. It is pretty good for after work drinks - not too noisey.

D.It's okay once you're in there, but is often closed despite its posted hours saying that it's open. If it were actually reliably open, I'd probably rate it higher.
