S.Not surprisingly they have a great beer selection here and you can do tasting plates with any of their tap beers. They also were the only ones where you could buy the Pink & White Geothermal Gin buy the bottle. Food was OK and decent sized portions. Definitely worth a visit for their drinks.
R.This place has the best service i have ever come across in a pub/restaurant. Went to dinner with very young kids and we were actually wondering if they would let us in with such young kids. Not only did they let us in but the staff went off and printed a couple of pictures off their computer and came out with colouring pencils so the kids had something to do.
I wasn't sure which hazy was better off the beer menu so the waitress came out with 2 little tasting glasses of each hazy so I could find out which one I liked best.
Ordered drinks then food and when they came out it was absolutely sublime.
This is a place thay not only knows how to serve great food but their staff also know how to really make their customers feel welcome and appreciated.
Thank you to all the staff at BREW. Next time we are in Rotorua we will definitely be back.

The service was impeccable, highest accolades to the waiter who served us (sorry I can’t remember his name) - brilliant service from him. The only downside being my whiskey/cola tasted flat and warm. Overall a great place to eat!

A.Loved the bar, had heaps of crafts to choose from - in house + Wellington breweries. We got a paddle and tried a couple of Crouchers for the first time. We loved it - favorite volcanic APA was the fav. Lots of seating outside and we got space inside even though it was a busy Saturday night.

J.Really liked that they offer banana blossom instead of fish for the vegos! I had the fish burger with banana blossom and it was yummy. Only 4 stars as we were unsure if it was table service or not. We ended up going to the bar to order but other tables had table service. I don’t mind either way, just like to know upfront! Would recommend :)

p.Fantastic Beer Range, great dining menu & excellent friendly attentive staff at BREW. A large selection of craft beers on tap here but BEWARE the so called weekly Hoppy Hour Fridays 5pm-7pm. Only a few Croucher Beers and a Cider are included; at least 8 guest tap beers ie. the vast majority of beers on tap here remain at full price. An interesting Happy Hour concept to be sure. 🤔😑 This is also not stated on their website. There is a discreet note at the bar but that information is not displayed on either of the Beer Menu's on the wall.

C.We ordered a margarita pizza and two beers. I can say with confidence that this was one of the best margarita pizza i had ever had. Price was high though. Beers were directly from the tap and really good. Staff is friendly too. It's one of the handful eating joints in Rotorua which are open late night.
V.We wandered into this place as other places were booked out and we were so pleased that we did! The food was delicious, the staff were really and even offered us a different table when one in a nicer spot became free. When I mentioned my food allergies, they asked what they were and were happy make slight changes for me. I really appreciate places that are about customers, and this place is. I had grilled fish and chips and it was so delicious. My husband had the brisket which he thoroughly enjoyed and my father and brother both had the chicken parmigiana. All of us were very happy with our meals and drinks. Definitely recommend this place.

R.Went there for dinner - no clear hostess station and no one acknowledged is standing there for quite some time. Eventually they told us where to sit (a lot of tables has reserved tags on them). Food itself was good - I had the Brew burger. Great quality beef. Unfortunately the BBQ sauce was applied generously which took away from the taste of the burger. Same exact meal without the BBQ sauce would have bee an excellent burger. All in all a good spot for a few beers and dinner. Centrally located.

S.This is great place with some live music band, if you are into those kind of bars. Within the entire food court they had better beer options. I am a beer guy so had to go check it out. They also have outside seating area and it's gets crowded and loud towards midnight. Definitely a good place for singles looking mingle. I wasn't lucky enough. Food options are OK. I tried shrimp entree.

C.Lovely spot downtown amongst the cafes and restaurants under the covered neon pedestrian market. Heated outside seating and a nice indoor area too. Small menu but good portions. Not exactly cheap but nothing is so get use to that! They are the pub end of Croucher Brewing which is local.
P.I have been to Brew for lunch a few times and found the meals great. This time I went for dinner and had the pork belly. The crackling want that nice and seemed like it had been prepared too early. Pork was fairly bland.

We shared starters...Haloumi...Pate... Lamb....all very tasty. We each enjoyed our mains...salads...risotto...sirloins.
Desserts... pav ...brownie...cheese cake.
Brownie was a bit too dry but generous portions.
m.Good beers , the very darks one and the pales one seem to be the ones with more character. The stout was good but the IPA and the session that I had pretty much tasted the seem. Not bad food but not outstanding either.
A.Love the food, for someone who find it hard to find a place to eat, this place has kai for gluten free, dairy free, egg free and vegan! 💕 but if that wasn't enough, the live music creates such the atmosphere 😊

J.Place has gone downhill since the last time I was there. There used to be big sharing plates and big main meals. Now just pizzas, burgers and steaks to put it simply. Quite disappointed. Was expecting more after our last visit last year.

For food - had the "Brew Dog" - to see if it's as good as the namesake craft beer range in the UK. The chips were excellent, very very good. Coleslaw - well, it's coleslaw. I typically avoid "hot dogs" as there's not much normally done to improve upon the bland original... but this one intrigued me. Pulled cuban pork, polish sausage, guacemole, american mustard. All together - actually very good.
