N.It was great working with Andre to sell my house. He had a high level of professionalism and experience and guided me through the sale process step by step. There was transparency on fees and costs, which was appreciated, and answered any questions i might have had. I have no hesitation in recommending Andre when selling or buying a home.
S.We've worked with Andre twice over the last 3 years. Both sales had some bumps due to issues with the houses, and the second required us to get consent for the cladding.
Through out the sales process Andre was pragmatic yet positive, communicated in an extremely prompt manner (testament to him and the people he has working with him).

V.Our family would like to express our gratitude to the real estate agency "Barfoot & Thompson" and especially to Andre Volkov. We believe that we were very lucky that we turned to Andre. The difficulty was that due to the pandemic, we were not able to personally be present at the transaction for the purchase of real estate and all communication took place by phone. Andre helped us with the laws of the country, the difficulties associated with the coronavirus situation, provided support of all the transaction processes, organized viewing of apartments online, negotiated with the seller's side, lawyers, prepared all the necessary documents. His professional advice helped to avoid legal mistakes. We especially thank him for his patience, stress resistance and kindness.
