If you're looking for an agency that's working for you then Anne Duncan Real Estate is it. I specifically chose them as they are a smaller agency. It paid off, instead of being treated like a number, I received a boutique focused service. I had complete confidence in my agent , she set me at ease with her honest appraisal, marketing plan and lively personality. Kerry managed to pull in an offer with the first open home but also kept hot on the heels of all leads, this is what impressed me the most. I felt like she was working extra hard for me as the vendor, this is exactly what I was looking for. The result was a sale exceeding my expectations. I 100% recommend Anne Duncan Real Estate.

When it came to selling my rental property, I got valuations from different agencies but chose to go with Anne Duncan agency as they're know as local experts, and my agent Annette seemed very competent and knowledgable. Annette exceeded my expectations, both with her handling of the entire process (100% hassle free, dealing with tenants directly to organise viewings, and even organising a plumber to sort out a small issue, plus excellent updates and reports) and the end result. I can wholeheartedly recommend Annette if you're looking to sell in Mt Albert.
