Sarah Ball has provided the highest level of service to us, was professional efficient. She is calm and friendly approach is incredible consistent. She was always available to answer all my questions even when I called out of hours. Any time we needed anything it was done without hesitation. M.Sarah is a lovely property manager and has always given great advice with certain things around the house. She doesn’t feel invasive with routine inspections. She keeps things maintained when organising tradies to do little repairs and maintenance. She also communicates well when needed. O.I have had my property managed by Barfoot & Thompson Glendene for close to a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. My property manager (Sarah Ball) performed thorough inspections, made sure rent was payed on time, took care of repairs and ensured everything was up to housing standards. She managed to line up well referenced tenants for my property before the old ones moved out, and even took the initiative to raise the rent to match market rates. All this while Covid lock-down was in place. Highly recommended.
