We met Lucy some years ago for an appraisal of our property but didn't proceed at that time. She kept in touch and when it came time to sell she was the first and only person we contacted as we were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She talked us through the process and what the best option was for us. We had regular updates through the sale process and she made everything run very smoothly. We were very happy with the price achieved and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting a similar experience.

** Well organised and easy to communicate When we decided to sell our beloved family home in Auckland for more then 20 years, choosing a right real-estate agent was very important for us, because we would not want any unpleasant experience in this task. We did not regret choosing Tony & Shirley for this. They were professional and resourceful in their approach. excellent agent We have had bought and sold several properties in the past. Tony Xu is the best agent we have ever worked with. He and Shirley have wealth of knowledge of the market and broad client base. They are great communicators, listened to our needs and gave us practical/useful feedbacks, supported us to choose the most effective marketing strategies and worked with our tenants. The process of selling our rental property was an entirely stress free one. They provided frequent updates and liaised with the tenants and buyers in professional manners which achieved a quick and satisfactory sale. They also extended their support with the post sale's work such as arranging with trades people to complete a few repairs, assisting the tenants clearing the site. The work of Tony and Shirley demonstrated exceptional high level of professionalism, communication and knowledge of property market which achieved excellent result. Munish and Shveta have become our go-to team each time we have bought or sold property over the last few years. So far everything they predicted happened exactly as they said. Their grasp of the market is uncanny and they are simply the best in this game. But they are also a very humble and kind couple. Not pushy at all and will listen to you. Tried so hard to make contact with the rental devision urgently over Xmas I left emails and phone messages eventually they made contact after I had called their Otahuhu office, so much drama. I was so worried because the interior walls are bowed in the rumpus Dry rot is possible in the studs. I mentioned this problem earlier during August 2021. Now it's January 2022

Lorna & Mark have to be the best real estate agents we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped us buy our dream home! Even though the area we were buying in was not Lorna or Marks typical area they work in, Lorna & Mark were constantly giving us advice and always going that extra mile by coming out to our area and taking us to several private open homes. They were always available to answer any questions and I was constantly texting & asking questions all the time haha. Mark and his building knowledge was extremely valuable, saving us on quite a few occasions from purchasing probably not quite the right home for us. Lorna also helped us with the auction buying process being there on the day to which we are forever grateful for. Munish had helped us into our first home 14 years ago. During this time we know that Munish has grown immensely to become a top real estate agent who is very popular in our area. We remembered our pleasant experience with Munish and hence contacted him when we looked to upgrade to a larger house at the beginning of this year (2021). Despite his busy schedule, Munish made time to meet us to discuss our requirements and then put us in contact with his wife and team member Shveta. Shveta was a dream to deal with. We asked to visit numerous properties while changing our requirements to adjust to the market. Shveta was encouraging and supportive. Not once did she get impatient when we took our time to decide on a property. She made herself available at all times of the day and even in late evenings to take us through a property or discuss details of them.
