Denise Paretovich - PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGER Manurewa, was excellent to deal with, always. No complaints at all. We rented a house for first time with B&T for one year in a half and it was absolutely good. The service was always polite, fast and perfectly done. They helped us with everything as new tenants and being new arrivals they made us to feel confortable (every call, mail or sms was replied). I would like and I want to recommend Denise Paretovich due to her amazing job with us. From the beginning to the end she was the key to make us trust in them and she was helping us even when we had to leave the house. Honestly, we miss you here in the South. When we recently decided to put our house in Wattle Downs on the market, only one name came to mind - Sue Matete and Owen Roberts). Not only because they are local and know the area like the back of their hand but also because they came across as someone very personable and professional. We happily discovered that Sue and Owen are a great tag team who from the start gave us utmost confidence in their knowledge and integrity. We were very impressed with their hard and smart work which fetched a great price for our property. There was one worker that was not doing there job in the professional manner barfoot handled this well one thing was not happy with was i can't put my partners name on the tenancy agreement that was a shame if this was sorted the stars will be greater
