N.This is the second time I purchase a property via City Sales in as many years. Both times the experience has been pleasant with no pressure tactics, genuine understanding of my needs and willingness to go beyond the expectations. I have dealt with many real estate agents, and I can attest that Sam Woods has been among the most responsive ones, quickly answering queries, or setting the right expectations. Even though I did not get the property of choice, Sam came back with properties that would be of interest, and I finally settled on one.
