Highly recommend Glovers real estate titirangi particular Mark Skinner. He was great throughout my family and I purchasing our home. He took us through the whole process with honesty and an up front approach, gave good advice, wasn’t pushy (like some agents can be) and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Top bloke. We cannot thank Mark and Glovers real estate enough.

Grant Hackett has been assisting us with the purchase of a property and we are extremely pleased to have made his association. He has proved to be very knowledgeable and transparent about the entire sales process. Grant has very patiently answered our many questions in a prompt manner. Apart from his professionalism, we have thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour which has made the entire procedure a stress-free one for us.

I chose Glovers because they have a different approach to selling real estate, they have fixed fees and all their agents work as one team to get the property sold. They were very transparent from the start and had excellent communication with me as the Vendor. Due to their professional approach and knowledge of the West Auckland property market my property had multiple offers after only a week from being listed and is now sold. We recently listed our elderly parents home with Det and the team at Glovers in Green Bay during what has been a difficult time for the family. We can't say enough about the professionalism and sound practical advice we were given on the listing price range and what we could do within our budget and time frames to present the home for sale. We chose Glovers as we liked their approach to the sales process, and we were keen to avoid open homes and an auction process. Glovers kept in contact with us regularly. We bought our first home through Glovers' sales consultant, Jason Hood. We give the highest rating to him due to our personal experience from the transaction. Jason has displayed outmost professionalism, acted with sense of urgency, and provided satisfactory customer service. Jason was very transparent with the terms of the transactions which enabled us to assess our position within our limitations. Due to our need to transfer and the deadline given by the bank, he had worked tirelessly to complete the transaction. He also went beyond our expectations by helping our queries as a new home owner even after our transfer.

Jeremy was excellent! He helped me sell 2 properties in a difficult buyers market. Each of them going for fair amounts. Great marketing, great photos and his friendly, relaxed manner made all interactions a breeze. He was always available despite a busy schedule. Considerate and friendly, he conducts his inspections efficiently and follows up on issues promptly. He makes time to check in and find out how things are going, which I appreciate. Sandy the tenant property manager is professional and attentive. Easy to contact, she resolves issues quickly with no fuss. For example, we came home one afternoon to find a wasp infestation in the kitchen. I contacted Sandy, and within a couple of hours, the wasp exterminator was at the door step. Glovers and Sandy have been so far the best real state company and the best tenant property manager that I have dealt with. Currently I'm tenant, renting a place with them for 9ish months and they always reply my enquiries promptly. My previous property manager didn't have as much care to details as Glovers have. Should I have to move again in the future I'll try my best to stick with them as I know I'll have a hassle free experience.

The team at New Lynn are just stars, they're always there whenever I need (even on a Sunday!) and they really do go the extra mile to make sure we're happy.
