Goodwins Property Management is a top notch and very professional rental agency. You may see their green Goodwins cars around town. The agents are always out and about making things happen. You can rely on the agents at Goodwins to guide you through the rental process so you can relax and enjoy your new home knowing all contracts, etc. have been executed professionally. And, in my opinion, Goodwins always seems to have the cream of the crop of the rental listings here in Auckland. Thank you Julian!

I have been renting with Goodwins Property Management for almost 2years now and I can say, Nikki Ramage our property manager, has been exceptional. Great communication from Nikki and the team at Goodwins especially during the covid lockdowns. I have been working alongside the Goodwins team for many years now. They have always been super helpful, friendly and professional. They are very reactive with their portfolios always ensuring tenants are living as comfortable as they can all while keeping landlords happy. Also a special mention to one of their property managers, Julian Burke, as I find him very efficient to deal with, he has great communication skills and very responsive (even during the weekends and after hours!). Highly Recommended for all your Residencial rental needs. Julian Burke was our property manager from Mt Albert branch and he was so good and getting things done if needed. And also during the end of our tenancy agreement we moved out Into our own place he helped us out to get things done very smoothly. Personable Property Manager GOODWINS Property Management have been professional and supportive in helping us deal with out properties for 3 years now. Our dealings with our present manager Danielle have been excellent and we highly recommend her. She has provided excellent service and communication if any issues arise. She has been paramount in finding us good tenants and advertising the rentals successfully. It is worth using this service to taking the pressure off us and benefit from their experience. Danielle has been very helpful in guiding us to make a decisions on tenants and we have been very happy with her help. It is most important that the Owners have confidence in the Property manager to follow out instructions properly. We have no hesitation in highly recommending GOODWINS as a very reputable property management company and we are very happy with the service.

My sister and I have had our rental property under Goodwins for the last 3 years. Danielle and the rest of the team are professional, responsive to any questions regarding the tenancy and have always worked very hard to keep in touch with us while new tenants have been interviewed. They provide newsletters which keep up up to date with changes in the tenancy laws and we feel confident that Goodwins are helping us to adhere to these changes. Danielle has been particulary helpful over a number of matters which have come up with the flat - changes of locks, seeking quotes for different repairs - and we are very grateful for her comprehensive management of all of these issues, as well as her friendly approach

Goodwins have managed two properties for us and their delivery has been extremely professional. I must mention our current Julian Burke, who took over our property management relationship late 2020 has been exceptionally good to deal with. Responsive, thorough, good judgement and juts all round great to deal with. Highly recommend him and the Goodwins team.

Goodwins have been the managing agents for our rental for more than a year now. We have found them to be responsive and thorough in their dealings with us, and this is very much appreciated. We also find their navigation of the role between us and the landlord as fair and inclusive of our (the tenants) priorities and needs. We had our rental property managed by Goodwins Mt Albert for around 10 years , Danielle our agent was always available to provide advice and guidance where necessary. Any repairs required were always dealt with by them , leaving us secure in the knowledge the property was being managed in a professional manner

We’ve been living in a property managed by Goodwin’s for just over a year now. They’ve always been extremely easy to communicate with, from arrange a viewing & applying for the property to arranging routine maintenance and repairs. Danielle our property manager has always been extremely friendly and replies promptly to us about any queries or problems that arise in the property.

We have been tenants with Goodwin's as our property managers for 3-4 years and I can say without reservation that they are friendly, helpful and very understanding...any issues are dealt with promptly, communication are easy and Danielle, "our agent", is very personable and easy to deal with. Definitely 5 star.

Nikki Ramage is very responsive and attends to our repairs and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Had a great experience with her and she is highly recommendable.

Goodwins have been awesome. I was renting a place through them and the lease was two weeks from running out and i hadn't found anywhere because i had a dog. Sue and Julian looked at the books and made sure i ended up in a great place ....and now dog and I are happily settled. Highly recommend. :-)
