Kimberly Harpur contacted me following the sale of a local property that her buyers had purchased. I was really impressed with her initiative and professional manner. Because of this I decided to give her the opportunity to list the townhouses that I was building. At our first meeting on site, Kimberly gave me some valuable advice on a couple of changes that she thought would make the properties more attractive to buyers. Those changes proved to be spot on. Together with her experienced colleague Wendy Browne, also of Harcourts Takapuna, they did a great job presenting the properties to buyers and gained better results than I had imagined. I would highly recommend both Kimberly and Wendy, whether buying or selling.

We have recently purchased a property through Sam at Harcourts Takapuna. We are first home buyers and as such we had been unsure of the processes and generally a bit nervous. We were so thankful for Sam as she walked us through each step assuring us which is exactly what we needed. There were a few things which needed to be supplied to us to forward to our bank to be satisfied with the property and confirm our mortgage and this was extremely stressful with the date of the offer looming however Sam went above and beyond to get what we needed and made sure it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with Harcourts and in particular Sam and she was an absolute star!

From our very first meeting, it was clear they were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and highly efficient, which took so much stress out of the entire process. I fully recommend Annie Booth of Harcourts Takapuna. We found Annie to be an Honest, Tireless and a very amicable Agent, who went above and beyond to sell our apartment at “Botanica” Mt Eden. Annie was in constant touch with myself and all the prospective buyers, and we were very happy with the Sale process, which ended in a great result in these uncertain times. Annie visited the property most days to keep the gardens and the Complex’s common area presentable always, to ensure the place looked immaculate throughout. Highly recommended.

We would like to write a testimonial for both Travers Smyth and Hannah Petherbridge. We first encountered Travers and Hannah when they sold our neighbours property at 55 Rawene Road, Birkenhead. It was there that Nigel and I saw them both in action. What struck us about them was not only how professional they were, but how engaging and approachable they both were. We thought to ourselves when we sell our house, we want these guys! We were right. From the moment we met to discuss the strategy of the marketing and to hear how they work, we knew these guys were a fantastic team. They were able to build an open and honest relationship with us, and most importantly build a high level of trust. This was particularly valuable as we had concerns about Covid, Lockdowns, auctions and even house dressing. These concerns were resolved as our levels of trust quickly increased . Throughout the whole process Travers and Hannah kept us informed, they were honest, professional and they worked really hard in a lockdown situation to get a large amount people through the house to view it. In addition we had an online auction which was potentially a leap of Faith for us , I think Travers and Hannah sensed our unease and spent a lot of time with us explaining how things would work. Traver explained his likely strategy on the day regarding pace and theatre- we told him to do whatever he thought best because he was the expert and we trusted him to get a feel for the auction and do whatever he felt at the time. It couldn’t have gone better! We cant speak highly enough of Travers and Hannah. They’re both hardworking, are ultimate professionals and went way over and above their call of duty to make the process so stress free for us. I think the key to their success is that they are both really nice people! We would most definitely use them again and we won’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you so much Travers and Hannah for doing such a fantastic job! On reflection, our advice would be to find an agent who you trust and who you can work with collaboratively , Travers and Hannah ticked both boxes Hannah and Travers make a great team, not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are open, likeable and easy to work with. The house sold faster than we could have hoped for – particularly given the Covid restrictions – and at a price that exceeded our expectations. They both deserve every success.
