As a family of 6, it’s been our dream to own a place we can call home. This dream had years in the works, moving from rented house to another and unsuccessful attempts at owning our own property. However we came across Stephen Tan who became more than just a real estate agent. He was extremely considerate and kind on top of his professional advice he offered to us, and without his help we could not have come across our dream home that we are incredibly excited to have successfully claimed. My whole family expressed great gratitude towards him, from his kindness, honesty and empathy he expressed towards us. He rooted for our success and thus helped us achieve it. I strongly commend Stephen, as well as Hills real estate for fulfilling our dream as we could not have done it without them. Thank you so much Stephen Tan !!!

Buying and finding a house that you can call a home with the current market is not easy, we had terrible experiences where real estate agents would use us as leverage and we almost lost hope. Then we came across Stephen Tan from Hills Real Estate, he negotiated and helped us to obtain our dream house. Stephen is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with, not only was he very professional but was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs and never made us feel uncomfortable. He helped us at every step of the ladder and made it a wonderful journey. Never once did we stress since dealing with Stephen. We also like to thank Hills Real Estate for their support and having Stephen to deal with us. We really appreciate the effort Stephen has put in to get us our home. Ishwar singh is one of the best agent i have worked with . Since more then 1 year we were looking at houses to buy in my budget. I dealt with so many agents but didnt get any result. Then i met with Ishwar . I would highly recommend Ishwar if you want to sell or buy the property. He works as a family and finds the best deal for you. He is very proactive, helpful and trustworthy. Since more then 1 year we were looking at houses to buy ...so many houses and agents we saw but it didn’t work out we weren’t able to get houses...... but then we met Ishwar who showed us some properties and we told him the one we liked and wanted to go ahead with, he encouraged and motivated us throughout the process and helped us to get the house we wanted at such a great deal, he is truly an amazing agent who has helped us to get our first home, thankyou for helping us and pushing us to do our best and act quick in getting us our home. Just wanted to acknowledge the amazing service provided by Jasreen & Peter Sikka from Hills. So often we take the time to leave bad reviews but seldom do people acknowledge outstanding service. They went above and beyond assisting me with all my enquiries and doubts/concerns and made me feel at ease through every step of the way with their kindness, professionalism and empathy. Jasreen Sikka and Peter Sikka are a great team to work with. They were really helpful and they managed to negotiate a good price for our house from another one of their colleague. They also managed to give us a lengthy conditional period for us to complete all conditions on time and go unconditional. Realy enjoyed working with the two. Sheel helped us buy a house. She has been very supportive and cooperative in helping us own a house. Sheel has been very clear with all the details and patiently explained everything she had to.
