Zoard has been a fantastic property manager for us. He is super-responsive, and gets onto any issues immediately. He is friendly, professional and capable. We would absolutely recommend him!

We first had robbie he was an excellent property manager then we had Gina and she was great as well. They seem to hire amazing people at inspire property that have great energy and customer service I highly recommend this agency. Thank you guys.

I have been with Inspire for over five years and have found their service excellent. Zoard is now managing them, he does a great job and has been nothing but helpful including during a meth decontamination. I have been able to set the standard I require and Inspires team have met my standard and communicated well with me on all situations.

Zoard is a fantastic property manager. He is always available if I need him, he sorts any issues swiftly and without fail and clearly has a great relationship with my tenant. I don’t stress at all thanks to him. I would recommend him to any landlord who wants someone to take care of everything and take away all stress .

Robbie has been our property manager for nearly a year now and he does a wonderful job of managing our expectations and the tenants. He is very understanding of the landlords point of view and is also effectively empathetic when understanding and dealing with our tenants. If any negative circumstances arise Robbie is quick to email or call us an we appreciate that proactive approach.

I have not met Robbie yet but communicating with him via phone, text messages and emails. I find it easy to deal with him and have no communication issues. Currently he is handling a mishap that has happened on the property and with his professionalism he is assisting us as tenants where possible. He is property-aware and is keen to understand from a tenants prospective. While talking to Robbie i find that he quickly replaces negative thoughts with positives ones. He interrupts conversations politely and respectively. To conclude, I wish Robbie all the best with Inspire Property Management.

My property manager Zoard has taken fantastic care of my property. He especially gives me very quick and clean replies whenever I request some works. He is a quite trustworthy manager and I've gotten reasonable advice from him when we had issues about the property. I am really confident to recommend him to others.

Outstanding service with Whitney Lee in Wanganui. Recently I transferred the management of my property investment portfolio from one of the largest property management agencies in Wanganui to Inspire Property Management. I was attracted by the excellent value that was offered by Inspire, but more importantly, the vibrant and enthusiastic attitude of Whitney Lee who is our allocated property manager. Her communication, time management and interpersonal skills are outstanding. She has made me feel like a truly valued client and I trust that she will ensure that my investments are maintained and protected to the highest standard. She is diligent in all aspects of her work and is brutally honest, not only with tenants but also with me. She goes the extra mile to ensure that I am always fully aware of the situation and takes immediate action when required to protect my assets. If you are looking for a property manager that you can trust with an excellent company behind them, then I recommend Whitney Lee and Inspire Property Management.

We have had our property with Inspire since 2013 I cant rave enough about Zoard, he took over our property that was contaminated with meth and sorted the whole job out for me including testing, cleaning and sourcing all the contractors to sort out everything we needed. also helping with the insurance company claiming loss of rent as well as all the costs. Now we have a lovely new tenant all moved into a nice clean home. cant thank you enough!!

Zelda is my Property Manager and I am so grateful for her. She balances the needs of the tenant and the landlord remarkably well. She is proactive and she is a great communicator, explaining things really clearly and answering questions to clarify situations in a very timely manner. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Property Manager.

My husband and I started renting through Inspire property about six months ago. As tenants we found our property manager Zoard very helpful. He made our moving in as smooth as it ever can be. Also he is always there for us, whether be it replacing the light bulb with a ladder or co-ordinating the right person in case of emergency. Zoard is the best property manager that we have come across and is incredibly prompt with his responses. We have nothing but good things to say about him. Thanks Team

During the lockdown at level 3 there was water leaking from the back of our toilet..We thought we wont be able to get this fixed due to the lockdown and restriction. When we emailed Robbie we received a quick response from him that he had requested the job and the next day the plumber arrived and repaired the leakage..The process was Stress free and We Thank you Robbie for your prompt response we appreciate your service, understanding. Robbie treats us with respect, and is a great property manager and highly recommend him for anyone.

I must say that we haven't had issues dealing with Zoard, wno is currently managing our properties in Waiuku. He is professional to work with and very proactive in terms of providing me regular updates, which I really appreciate as I had dealings previously with another PM in your company where I have to provide follow-ups when there were issues (not a good experience). Hence, I know our properties will be well taken care of as long as we have Zoard as our PM.

My property manager in Waiuku is Zoard. He's been looking after my property for over a year now. He is very professional and responsive, always on top of the things that needs attention. He is very thorough especially in inspections; I always get tons of photos of the property and full of details. Zoard is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Working with Michelle in the sale of my house was a great decision. Michelle is fantastic to work with. She is a happy bubbly hard worker with total integrity who is so easy to work with. Within a week of my house going on the market Michelle had 3 really good offers for me and this was under Covid level 2.5. So she really had to work hard under the restrictions and was totally organized. Michelle likes to have a lot of transparency and her interactions with potential buyers was consistent, mindful and honest. Michelle is a realist who won't promise the world but has the ability to overdeliver. She has been a pleasure to work with and I can highly recommend her

I recently engaged Zoard Gonczy from Inspire Property to manage my rental - first time land lord. He organised everything and made the whole process a breeze. Inspire organised the tenants and had them moved in quickly so I wasn't paying two mortgages - and at a great rate. I was impressed at the thorough pre-inspection and proactive communication with both myself and the tenants. Highly recommend Inspire if you have a busy schedule and need someone to just sort it out for you.

I would like to say a HUGE thank-you to Amanda Peterson in Rotorua for being such an amazing property manager. Right from the start she has gone out of her way to ensure that our landlord experience has been as stress-free as possible and no request we have made has been too much trouble, despite our having made a number of very tricky requests! I have found Amanda to be both professional yet personable, very "solution" focussed and action oriented, and not afraid of pulling her sleeves up and getting stuck in when the occasion warranted. In short, she is everything we could have wanted in a Property Manager and I am extremely happy we made the change from our previous property management agency. I cannot recommend her property management services highly enough. She is definitely a credit to the Inspire Property Management team and my only regret is that I could not give a 6 star rating!!

During our time with Inspire, Zelda has been very supportive. She helped us set up the property management properly and kept us up to date with all the changes related to our property. She was always available and easy to contact. We would recommend working with them to anyone and we would use them again.

I cannot speak more highly of Robbie Chaimowitz at Inspire Property Management in Auckland. I have been in property for 5 years now and seen my ups and downs but Robbie has managed my properties with great professionalism and would recommend him to any landlord. Such an asset to Inspire Property Management.

An awful experience from a previous property manager caused me a huge financial loss & almost had me selling my property, but Zelda contacted me and spent a lot of time advising about how to turn the results around. Her motivation and encouragement renewed my trust in humanity. Inspire Property now manages two properties of mine in Tauranga and Gisborne, and I recommend them to all owners.

I have been with Inspire for a number of years with property in Auckland managed by Clint & property in Wellington managed by Serena. Both these managers do everything as I ask them too they have dealt with some huge issues for me over this time and no request or change is to much to ask. I highly recommend them.

Tracy from the Invercargill Branch is an utter GEM!!! The most 'onto-it' property manager we have ever come across. She looks after both our interests and those of our tenants in a very professional & timely manner. NOTHING gets passed her. We have more than half a dozen properties with Tracy now. When we get our next rental property, we would like Inspire to manage it based on our positive experience/s with Tracy! PS: Zelda is great to deal with too. :-)

Our Property Manger, Leonie, took all the stress out of a very difficult time with re-tenanting our Papakura property. She organised renovations, clean up and plumbing repairs. Leonie couldn't do enough for us and as far as we are concerned she definately went the extra mile to help us and kept us in the loop through out the process. Inspire have been amazing. They also 'saved the day' for us initially when we discovered our previous Property Mgr had poorly screened what became a nightmare tenant. And Inspire took the whole problem over and got it sorted. We can't recommend them highly enough. :) :)

I'm a tenant in a property and I find Clint ( the property manager) always responsive and easy to get hold of, he sorts everything out that needs to be done. I like to think I'm a good tenant but he's streamlined everything so I never have to worry about whether something has been passed on to the landlord or not. Thank you!

Summer just brings great joyous times with my family, enjoying, food, fun, in the sun..... especially with my 90 year old Daddy coming to celebrate Christmas with us....once again....now that's a blessing - even better around a brand new Weber BBQ...now wouldn't that be an awesome start to summer.....:)
