Louise made our dream of getting our first home happen. She made sure our offer was presented promptly to the vendor, we went from having an offer at 7pm, to having a signed agreement by 10am the next day! AMAZING! Excellent experience overall with Iron Bridge. Selling a place can be daunting with many decisions that have to be made. I would like to call out Iron Bridge Property Group Christchurch - namely Monique Inglis, Keryn Pascoe and Jane Proctor. We had initially engaged Iron Bridge Property to organise a rental management facility for a new build in Rolleston. Without doubt, this is one of the most sincere company's we've dealt with and I cant speak highly enough of the staff and the processes they apply to create such a positive experience.

Got the job done after we were left disappointed by another property management group. Communication was fantastic, process was easy and we were informed and supported every step of the way regarding decisions we needed to make. Sue and her team secured tenants for our property in less than 1 week. We look forward to a long relationship with Iron Bridge.

Since arriving in the country just over two and a half years ago, and renting our first home in Takanini, Auckland, we have been under the care of Iron Bridge Property Group. Our Property Manager Char Botha have been looking after us and the home since inception. The service we have received from the company and Char has been brilliant. The service has always been timely, efficient, professional and friendly. Char aims at growing a professional relationship with the tenants which goes a long way! Since covid, things have not been easy for anyway but Iron Bridge and their staff have been there to help and assist wherever possible and we appreciate their service.

Now and then you get lucky and come across an organization that does exactly what they say they will do. Adam, Louis, Karin and the team at Iron Bridge has managed our rental property since 2015 and it has been a delight, they have handled every aspect of managing the property from the selection of tenants to resolving maintenance issues, and handling the financial transactions. We had the honour of having Donna as our property manager for 6 months, until our landlords swapped, and we were gutted, Donna was always friendly and helpful, if we ever needed anything it was done. We found out we had to move due to our landlords selling, and I rang Donna up even though she was no longer our property manager and she went above and beyond, to help us and we can not thank her enough. We would 1000% recommend Donna and iron bridge!!!!!

As a renter I've dealt with a lot of property managers in the past and Kellum is by far the best I have dealt with. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times, was a pleasure to deal with. Sad I had to leave as the owner was selling the property.

The property we rent was transferred to Iron Bridge late last year, and our new property manager Donna Coe is absolutely amazing! Donna is quick to respond to messages, easy to communicate with, and any maintenance issues are immediately dealt with. In particular, we are very grateful to how Donna and Iron Bridge coordinated some recent maintenance work required when our fence bordering a council reserve was damaged. While it took longer than expected applying for assistance to fund the repairs through the council, we were kept informed of the process and the fence was fixed to a high standard as soon as possible. We feel like we are top priority to Donna and her colleagues - and I am sure all her other tenants feel the same.

Jason has been wonderful to deal with. His professional approach and calm advice made us feel secure in using Iron Bridges’ services. We stumbled across Iron Bridge during a house viewing when we were met by Louise. Louise was professional, honest and understanding. Over the week following the house viewing, Louise dedicated all her time and efforts to helping us put our home on the market. Within but a few days, we had received an offer for the property. Unfortunately following the sale we encountered multiple challenges in relation to a defective title. This period of unknown was incredibly stressful, however we would not still have the purchasers on board within the help of Louise who went above and beyond, working silly hours to support us and her purchasers. Charmaine Botha had been our property manager for a few years, we found her going above her job with our rental property. Louise from Iron Bridge was very professional and efficient, within 48hrs of the inspection, our references had been checked and we had a phone call and email confirming that we'd been accepted. When it did come to the final sale, it wasn't in the least bit straight-forward but Paul did a fantastic job of ensuring we got the best offer possible, and then some. His calming professionalism, perseverance and dedication to us over the past six months was outstanding and very much appreciated, particularly when negotiations got tricky. I sold my house through Iron Bridge. I had met one of their agents Sam when he was bravely door-knocking in our neighbourhood a while back and he had the good sense to keep in touch. When it was time to sell I chose Iron Bridge because I'd had good contact with Sam which enabled him to be in the right place at the right time. The fact that they pay for the marketing* was not only another great reason to choose them but it also suited our situation at the time perfectly. They even gave a competitive rate on the commission too. The house was not entirely straight forward so Sam did a lot of research at the council and worked with prospective buyers to put a great deal together. I have recently moved from South Africa to Auckland. I have also lived 2 outher countries namely the UK and the USA. It has been a quite frustrating experience to date dealing with agents who let property. They either dont get back to you at all or are not really willing to help you. We have just move into a new rental looked after by Alex. Due to a family emergency, we had to try and action as much as possible before leaving the move in the hands of a family member. Alex was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to get the keys a day earlier at last minute notice, it was much appreciated.

We recently had a hot water cylinder fail - of course this happened at 10pm at night! I phoned Donna Coe (our property manager), who answered our call for help, and a plumber was arranged immediately to assist with shutting off the cylinder feed (without losing all water to the home). She had the property owner’s authority, and a work order to the plumber before 7:30am the following morning, allowing a new cylinder to be installed and running that day! Amazing service by Donna - simply the best we could ask for in a property manager! Thank you!

On Thu last week there was an extended power cut in our suburb. Without warning, our alarm began to sound and try as we might we could not get it to stop. A technician was not available to help us. We bought our house through Iron Bridge some four years ago, and although I knew they had no obligation to assist, in desperation we called Paul for help. He was amazing, without blinking an eye he organised a technician to come out and fix our alarm for us, and then went even further and settled the fee!
