T.EDIT: Headoffice spoke to me and appologized. Apparently the agent was spoke to and warned. They also sent me a courtesy gift box. I have changed my review to reflex the positive action taken.
The agent i spoke to online was extremely condescending and rude. Also told me that my last name is a good reflection of myself because apparently I have nothing better to do then to jerk myself... would never deal with you again.
