Ilse had to sell our home under difficult times; the rapidly softening market, rising interest rates and the fear of paying too much. Always enthusiastic about her job, she was not only an excellent marketer but also pragmatic - she will tell tell you how it is, what the market is saying, whether your expectations are too high and the real need to balance the two with a realistic asking price. We had a few highs and lows during our time on the market and Ilse was always supportive of us through these challenges. Perseverance won the day and we were happy with the results.
