Knowledgeable, organised, service oriented and results driven. Rachael not only acted as an agent - she was in many ways a project manager. She was so helpful when we were getting our house ready for sale. Her contacts and organization are second to none and superior by far to other agents I have used in the past. Rachael has a no-nonsense approach and did her very best to achieve the highest price for our property with good energy and clear communication between us and the buyer who ended up purchasing our house. One beautiful Saturday afternoon we arrived at a home and got a great vibe straight away - from both the home itself and from Rachael and Rozina. Their friendly and welcoming smiles and genuine interest in what we were looking for made everything feel so easy and natural. If you're looking for the bottom line it's this: If you're doing something in Real Estate, don't waste time reading this and call Rachael. It's no exaggeration to say that there is no love lost between me and real estate agents. Where many of the agents were vacuous and insincere, Rachael was different, personable and there is not one moment that I doubted her intention to get us into the right house. She put up with me being somewhat demoralised by the Real Estate landscape and showed me there was a way to get our own home. She took us to house after house until it was the right fit, never looked frustrated or got pushy. If you said no to something she would say "Right, next house" with a smile and when we said yes we want it, she bought everything together. There is no higher praise that I could give an agent, than to say, I don't know if we could have done as well as we did without her.
