Superbly managed sale We hadn't sold a house for many years; this had been my mother's, and was in another town we couldn't get to. Uncertainties abounded. Richard made the process painless. His extensive tradie contacts quickly attended to any issues, his counsel on various choices was always right, and his reading of the market and conduct of the sale process was excellent.

There are real estate agents and then there is Bill Myers. He is by far the best agent I've met. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful are understatements. He goes above and beyond for his clients. From preparing the property for sale, right through to the auction and beyond - Bill was AMAZING! Not only did he sell my home - he sold it for a price well above my expectations.

We had a very positive experience selling with Team Richard. What was promised before signing became reality and I believe that says a lot. Communication is all important in my book and Richard's communication throughout was outstanding. I definitely recommend Richard and his team to anyone who is considering selling.

Bill Myers is the consummate Real Estate professional. I have had dealings with Hannah selling a family members home who was relocating to Australia. Hannah is very approachable with a friendly easy manner in both English and Chinese. She sold the property gaining a price we were all thrilled with plus it was all done in a short time frame. Having Hannah sell the Kingsland property attending to all the details very professionally made the family task of arranging the Australian end much easier.
