Kudos to Ray White Ellerslie Property Management Team for the excellent service provided to us on our 6 years tenancy. Raimondo and Joanne are amazing property managers. We truly appreciate their professionalism, sensibility/attentiveness to our concerns with positive outcomes, caring, and welcoming attributes to name a few which has made our tenancy easier. Our family is very pleased to have worked with these guys and will actually miss them as they were easy to approach and so easy to deal with. It has been a pleasure working with them on those years. We've just rented our property out with Raimondo and the team at Ray White Ellerslie. I would throughly recommend his services as I have been impressed with his professionalism, ability to find creative solutions to issues and responsiveness. He made renting out our property and finding ideal tenants a breeze, going the extra mile to match the property to the right tenants and assisting the tenants with minor issues as they moved in and all during the challenging and changing conditions of covid.

Raimondo has been very efficient at organising our property for rental and interviewing suitable tenants. He found us a quality tenant within a couple of days of the property being listed. I would like to commend Daniel Langley on his professionalism, customer service, advice and excellent judgement (gut feel) when selecting tenants for me on three occasions now across different areas in Auckland. They have all been or are fabulous tenants. Fortunately the tenants seem very settled at the moment, however he should know he's on my speed dial! I cannot recommend him highly enough for selecting tenants.

Daniel Langley of Raywhite Ellerslie made my first time experience of being a landlord very positive. He has been hardworking looking for quality tenants during weekdays night time and over weekends, and always gave me updates on time with professional advice. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys! Superb communication, great quality of service, absolute pleasure to deal with! I met Daniel to rent my property and there was so much transparency in the process. I knew exactly how things were going at all times despite being away. Daniel strived for perfection and delivered fantastic results as he promised he would! Raimondo took over once tenants moved in and the transition was smooth and communication standards were upheld. He has been kind when it comes to additional costs and fees. Property maintenance is done to a high standard at reasonable costs. Through Classic Builders we have been provided with Raywhites portfolio for the market rentals in the growing suburb. We found Daniel to be professional honest in his approach. Raimondo Venezia has been managing our property in Otahuhu since November , 2020 and we are very happy with this arrangement. Ray has lots of energy and has worked hard to find good tenants for our place.
