A big thank you to Jack and Mark Gibb for the recent and quick sale of our property. I would highly recommend Jack and Mark who kept us informed from start to finish, opened the property for trades where required (as we reside overseas) and supported us through the sale of our family home of 26 years seamlessly.

This is the second time Lochores and Martin in particular helped us in real estate matters (both purchase and sale). This time the circumstances were such that we had to sell our property while being temporarily overseas. Due to the pandemic we were unable to return back to Auckland. We were very worried how to organize all this and turned to Martin for help. The very first discussion with Marty brought us peace of mind and confidence that everything will be fine. Marty took all the problems that arose during the pre-sale preparation of the property into his own hands. His professional advice, confidence and calmness, industry knowledge, responsibility, decency definitely made the whole process smooth and less stressful.
