Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White have been our property managers for our rental properties in Auckland. They have always been professional, honest, reasonable, and very fair in our dealings with regards to our properties and our tenants. Amanda has been excellent in finding quality tenants, performing routine property checks, obtaining quotes for maintenance work, checking on workmanship, assisting us with Healthy Homes Assessments and where necessary arranging for the upgrading of our properties to comply with recently introduced legislation. Amanda provides us with excellent quarterly inspection reports including good images of the property and appropriate recommendations for any future maintenance that may be required. Amanda works with our recommended tradespeople as well as Taylor Property’s registered list of tradespeople to provide a prompt efficient service (to the tenants) at fair price to us the landlord. We like to keep our properties in a very tidy condition and Amanda will highlight any future or potential maintenance issues as soon as they are known enabling us to forward plan and schedule the work to be done. The Monthly Property Rental Statements are received on a timely fashion. Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White deposit rental income into our bank account on time and their rental schedules feed seamlessly into our financial systems. We have no hesitation in recommending Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White to landlords and tenants. If you want less stress with the management of a rental, Amanda and Taylor Property Services Ray White Parnell are definitely the “Go to Team”.

I have been associated with Ray White Taylor Rentals for the last 18 years. In that time they have managed my property in a very professional manner. Their selection of tenants has been great, and I haven't had any problems, in fact my last tenants were there for 11 years. Renting a brand new Auckland City apartment (59 France) from mid October 2020 was a really rough time in the market for apartments, not too mention as 30+ apartments became available at the same time in the same location. Vicky Wilson worked tirelessly to find the right tenants for our apartment, changing strategy and marketing approaches throughout the process to meet the needs of both the market, and us as property owners. Vicky was diligent and flexible holding viewings across the week to assist potential applicants looking for their new home. We were pleased that not only was it rented within a month of advertising, we were one of the first, if not the first apartment to be rented. I have been a Ray White Taylor tenant for 18 months working with Vicky as our property manager. It has been a pleasure to work with her. I have never had problems with Vicky, she does an amazing job as a property manager. She is very professional friendly and reliable. She quickly responds to issues and always gets problems fixed on time. For example, I sent her a request and she called me back after 10 minutes with a reply. She helped me a lot and for that I am very grateful to her. I also would like to thank Mary Taylor for her help. I woke up without power and wifi on New year's eve, called Mary. She responded very quickly, within 15 minutes an electrician came to fix the problem. I don't know what I could have done without her help. I can not thank her enough for her quick response😊

I rent the place I am living 2 years ago from Simon Wang, it’s very nice to communicate with him, he’s being very efficient and professional to deal with any property related problem all this time, also he’s fast response and considerate. Although I am not the property owner, but I believe he must doing a very good job on that side too. With he’s hard working and great service, I think he’s the one capable to make both tenants and landlords happy.

The first real estate agency that I am so happy with, I don't ever want to change our rental property. Jasmine Marshall from Ray White is amazing at her job. As an absentee landlord resident overseas they keep me well informed on all matters relating to my property, inspect it regularly and supply me with detailed reports.
