From the start, we found Diego to be very professional, always available and organised, with meetings/auction date quickly put in our diaries and regular updates provided in a timely way. The sale process presented some challenges given the home's plaster construction but Diego and his colleague Hongyan dealt with any questions that arose expertly, and offered high levels of reassurance to both ourselves and buyers.
