I.We've been clients of Unlimited Potential for almost ten years, and have been extremely happy with their services. We had a pleasure of working with Trish Willoughby, one of the best professionals in this business. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, has a great personality and very good at building trust with both parties. Trish helped us to find a perfect family house back in 2008 and then had been managing it as a rental property for nearly ten years while we were living abroad. Trish has always been on top of any maintenance issues whenever anything needed to be fixed, repaired or replaced, promptly responding and arranging for the contractors. She was always available for a contact via email or phone, keeping us in the loop. Good tenants, rents are paid on time. We would like to thank Trish for all her help and assistance over the past ten years managing our property. Would certainly recommend UP for a friendly and professional service.

We all have friends/agents who we “owe” a listing and let’s be honest, it doesn’t seem like a difficult job BUT if I have something tricky, curly or something I think might be hard work then Rob is absolutely the man to get it done. He has somehow managed to get unconditional sales at prices which are a relief on some houses of mine that didn’t deserve such an easy ride. For this reason I would always use him again in future. He is considered, calm and very persuasive. He really works for the vendor in a way I have not seen by any other agent. Highly recommended.
