Professional, Friendly and Driven Wendy was the perfect person for us. She had a great understanding of the market and gave us fantastic guidance on what the best approach would be. Once we had established a realistic goal, Wendy was driven to help us achieve it. Even as the market was changing, Wendy ensured we knew what she thought was the best approach and why she thought that. We were always kept us up to date. Nothing was too difficult for Wendy and her team. Whether it was looking after our dog during an open home, or replying to queries late at night, or making sure the perfect pictures were taken around the ever changing weather. I would highly recommend Wendy and her team, and would definitely use her again.

Wendy Sadd met with us prior to the level 4 lockdown. We met with four real estate agents from three different companies before deciding to go with Wendy for the marketing and sale of our family home. Wendy came highly recommended by a good friend and after our meeting there was no doubt we had found the right fit. Wendy's extremely competant, professional yet easy going demeanor made us very comfortable, right from the outset. Wendy was very clear and took her time explaining the process, marketing and a large number of other recommendations of what to do to prepare the home for the marketing campaign. This included her taking photos of each room and making suggestions of organising and decluttering each space. The open homes and viewings were relatively stress free with clear communication from Wendy as to what was required and when. Through the marketing period she kept us regularly updated as to any interested parties and feedback. She was also always available on the phone and was very quick to return any text messages or calls. Come auction time, Wendy kept us up to date with all registered bidders and other interested parties. On the day of the auction, we could hear Wendy in the background talking with several parties by phone and as a result of her outstanding work, we achieved an excellent result. Thank you Wendy! Highly professional, great detail and information throughout This is the second time we have been able to use Wendy for our Family. Although operating in Covid restrictions Wendy gave us clear information at the outset and kept us informed during the pre auction process of viewing.
