Suburb experience with selling our first home What we didnt want when selling our house was the unknowns and the stress caused by this. With Andy, the experience was unbelievable. Professional, Hard-working & Goes Above and Beyond. Andy was fantastic to deal with. As we are based in Nelson; buying in Christchurch was proving a challenge prior to meeting Andy. Andy went out of his way to assist us and accommodate requests. This was in stark contrast to others we had contact with prior. From arranging a viewing at short notice to arranging building and electrical reports and the like, Andy never faltered. He also had the added challenge of the vender being in a different country. He was in constant communication and had an excellent working knowledge of the property market and Christchurch in general.
