I have rented many properties in the last decade and I honestly say Braziers is 100% worth considering as Real Estate agents or Property Managers to assist you into a new dwelling. The professionalism was of an extremely high standard and every employee that I spoke to was not only courteous, friendly but willing to go the extra mile in making our experience satisfactory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 🙂

Lin the receptionist was so helpful. She was very informative and was the only one who kept me updated with the housing application we had applied for. Props to her , it would of been less of a rating if it wasn't for her. Craig was friendly but bare minimum communication after house viewing which was disappointing as I expected updates during the process of the application to give us an idea weather to continue viewings homes.

It is my first experience with them and I must say since day 1 I am so overwhelmed with their professionalism, quick response, understanding, support, extremely helpful and attentiveness. They are highly professional with their work. I had an experience with Letting coordinator Janelle Clark. She was amazing and addressed all our issues. Even Emma is quite friendly and extremely helpful . Such personalities make your life simple and beautiful.ThNk you both of you

My wife and I just purchased a house with the assistance of Graeme Kerr, who acted as our buyers agent. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience. Graeme was highly professional, prompt to respond, and able to guide us through a complex property as first-time buyers. He was also kind hearted and took care of us. He has deep connections to all facets of Christchurch real estate, which was the only reason we were able to prepare in time for auction. We valued his decades of experience as a real estate agent - he is able to see the big picture, and separate out what's important from what's not. Highly recommend Graeme!

I cannot speak highly enough of Graeme's manner and expertise.We were selling on behalf of our elderly mum who had just gone into care. Graeme gained our trust and confidence immediately and was more than happy to work with family out of town. Graeme obviously enjoys people and is dedicated to working toward the best outcome for all. He offered sound advice and gave his honest opinion as to how to best prepare the house for sale. He was very thorough and could be relied upon to always follow through. I've been renting through Braziers for 3 years and have been very happy with the support from my property manager. Maintenance issues have always been dealt with promptly and the follow up communications are very professional.

My experience as a leaseholder with Braziers was very positive and I was treated well. I found they were communicative, professional and pro-active and were always quick to respond and to find solutions to maintenance issues where they arose. Equally they were non-intrusive and respectful of my privacy and that of my co-tenants. In short they were good to deal with.

Our property manager Kathy has been amazing....always a smile and treated with the utmost respect. Leasing under Braziers umbrella has been the best rental experience I've ever had. We had a great experience with Braziers in a home we rented for a year. Svetlana is very professional and attends to matters very quickly. We had a couple of issues with the oven over the year, but it was fixed immediately both times. We took a lot of photos of the nicks and scratches when we moved in, but didn't need to ever use them. Inspections were frequent, but we never had a single problem. I would certainly rent from them again.

We rented a property listed through Braziers for the past three years and had a pleasant experience. Bianca was a helpful property manager and always responded promptly if we had any issues. We took good care of the property that we were in, which in turn led to a very smooth move out after the three years and had absolutely no issues with Braziers nor with receiving our bond. A great company and a great Agency! I have rented from the Good over a three years ago. Understanding our needs better than we did on any problems I have they get sorted right away. I have dealt with Kathy most of the time, they have been great and so have the other staff members I have spoken to. I have been living in the property managed by Braizer chch for over a year now. My property manager Craig has been so wonderful ever since I moved in. Every time I have a little problems around the property (1970’s unit), he organises someone to come and fix them almost immediately. Very friendly and professional. I can’t thank him enough for his level of care and kindness. Being an immigrant, often difficult to have good communications with property owners or managers as there are language barrier and cultural diversity, Braizer chch has a fantastic international team who can make living situations so much easier and straightforward.
