A.Gina from Cowdy was really helpful in helping my sister find an apartment to move into from down south. She and the Cowdy team were a pleasure to work with and would recommend them highly.
J.It was the first time I arrived to the city and made contract with them. The people were nice and my property manager, Nicola Flanagan, was kind, patient and professional with all the enquiries and problems we faced during my stay at their property.
C.We have leased the same house under Cowdy & Co since Sept 2010. Inspections are always every 4 months and thorough. Most repairs pointed out have been done within a week. Our Property Manager Catherine, gives good tips for prolonging the life of the house. After reading some of the other reviews, I feel we have struck it pretty lucky with the care we as tenants and also the owners of the property have received over the last 7 years. The only thing i dont like is paying a reduced let fee every year when we re-sign our lease but i understand why its required.
D.We have been renting under Cowdy and Co for 9 months and it has been great, our property manager is friendly and always quick to get in contact or resolve any issues. One of the best and friendliest experiences we've had with property managers and it's nice to be looked after by a local company.

P.I have rented the house i'm in now for 10 years and Cowdy have been excellent to deal with. The Property Managers i have had have been very good. Whenever there is a problem, it is attended to and fixed pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to rent.

C.After a home invasion earlier this year. The Cowdy Property manager , Stacey was very efficient in getting the locks changed the same day. Also adding dead bolts to both the back and front doors. A few weeks later sensor security lights were installed which made me feel so ,much safer. My first reaction was to move but the response and communication between Stacey and the owners ensured that my wellbeing and safety were a priority. I really value this approach to me as a person , not just a tenant,

( We had a bad experience with our previous property manager) We have inspection every 4 months and has been given helpful tips to maintain the property beautiful and clean. One thing we really like is, the lawn and the garden is maintained by them. So we don't have to worry about it at all. We would like to continue with Cowdy & Co and strongly recommend their service.
