T.I have been dealing with James Mullins in purchasing a rental property in Christchurch. I still can’t quite believe the professional, helpful and friendly manner in which James dealt with me. He recommended a property, did all the negotiations for purchase, recommended items that needed attention (from the building report he arranged) and got these sorted, including the cleaning of carpets. Potential tenants were screened and recommendations shared with me. 3 weeks after settlement James had the property tenanted. His knowledge and attention to detail made the purchase so much smoother than I could have hoped for.
Baring in mind that I’m currently based in the UK so much of my correspondence with James was outside of his normal working hours.
I have dealt with First National for over 20 years and am a big fan of theirs. Trustworthy, professional and efficient.

We bought our first home through James, and he is a very honest person and very helpful, he would reply to an email or text even at night time after hours no matter what questions or issues we have, he would help us to solve and advise any questions we have even it does not relate to anything about the property, you will not regret to hire him to be your sales or buy agent! Will recommend his services to our friends and family whoever needs this!

N.Progressive Real Estate & Property Management have been managing my three houses in Christchurch, NZ for over 18 years and I always found their support to be accurate, timely, responsive and professional. Their management made the ownership and rental of properties from abroad easy and I don't ever recall a time when my houses remained vacant.
I have just finished selling the three houses, also through Progressive, and though dealing with different people it was still managed extremely well by the staff involved, in fact selling the houses was very easy. This was due to the work of Progressives' Agents.
I would recommend Progressive to other property owners who want to rent out houses in Christchurch, NZ and also to use the services of their Agents when you wish to sell your property.

Approx 6-7 months ago i managed to sign up for a rental property through James Mullins and have just been so happy with our home, where we live and our Lsndlord. James was fantastic to deal with, professional, efficient, an excellent communicator and he guided us through the application process which went smoothly.
I also want to especially mention Tanya who from the moment i called the office was warm, kind and very informative on what i needed to do to apply for a viewing and the process, she was an absolute delight.

She always contact me at first place if there is any maintenance issues. The house inspections are carried out every three month with nice detailed report. If there are requests that cannot be done, she will tell you why and will follow up with the request that are feasible. I stayed in Poulson apartment for almost 7 years and the place and location is very handy to shops and if you’re commuting the bus stop is just few steps away.

i.My landlord is awesome. She helped me get my room in just a day. 1st day I check room and then later that day calls me and tells me she has a room available
for me and I moved in just the next day. She has been amazing during covid19 and also helped me with great advice when I was behind rent and had no money. Always gives you a smile and always ask if need anything from her or anyway she can help. She is open to any problems and issues and gets back to you quick. Following a short period of negotiation the property was secured. We were very impressed with the way James handled the transaction.
