K.From the first interaction - person to person and not website to person, the service were excellent. We found Mike to be professional, understanding, open, warm and in possession of excellent communication skills. It was great to stay in a home surrounded by beautiful nature and to be able to do some gardening.
R.In my experience as a tenant, however briefly, they were pretty good in regards to fixing some critical issues with the property and didn't give any grief at the end (trying to take the bond for silly reasons as some property managers might). Only complaint is that though they didn't dispute it, the bond took months to get refunded.
