P.I have been delighted with the service I have received over the past 4 years from my Property Manager at Harcourts. Sarah Laird has been excellent to work with, proactive and very capable in her work as my property manager. I have recommended her to several other owners and they have also been happy with her work managing their properties. Her 3 monthly checks on properties are worth the money as she is able to maintain good communication with the tenants which is important. She checks applicants well and is proactive when issues arise. I would have no hestitation in recommending her as an experienced and very capable Property Manager.

C.Laser Plumbing Christchurch East have been working with Stacey and many other Property Managers to resolve plumbing issues. These Property Manager are onto it, we get good clear instructions making what we do easier. We all enjoy working with the Harcourts team.
C.I've had property managers in both Hobart and Sydney over the last 15 years, but the standout team all round has been Harcourts Holmwood. They even manage my Sister in-laws house in Richmond, due to my recommendation. You won't be disappointed.

S.Sadly I am selling my property in Rollerston and as a result will need to end my working relationship with Lynne Cawthorn as my property manager. (for now)
I have found her to have a very professional yet approachable manner. She has been very attentive not only to me but to the tenant as well.
She has taken care of the day-to-day hassle of being a landlord and taken into consideration what was important to me as the landlord.
If something needed fixing for tenants she has reported this in good time and when required dealt with issues promptly. She has also made sure routine maintenance, new legislation information, regular inspections, notifications, updates, service checks all gets done and reported.
The result has been happy tenants who pay on time every time.

L.Sarah Laird was our property manager for just under 2 years. It was heartbreaking when the owners of the property we were renting decided to sell..... that meant we would no longer have Sarah as our property manager!!! Sarah was very fair to both owner and tenants (us). When we buy our own investment property, I will definitely be signing up for Sarah Laird to take over the property Management of it. She is seriously amazing
c.I have been with holmwood property management for approx 4 years. Stacey has been fantastic. She managed everything for me to the point i dont have to do anything. she is very careful on choosing tenants and does all 3 months check on the property in details.
s.Mandy and Sam is a very hard worker and great persons. Did exactly what they said.
This team was very helpful throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the house when we first got the keys but they were resolved in a reasonable time.
