G.WOW! Is all I can say about the experience when purchasing our first property. John turned the whole experience into an easy, stress free one.
We came to his open home and he welcomed my Wife and I at the door and showed us around the whole property in such detail. He mentioned that he had been a builder prior to real estate, so this made me feel very comfortable that what he was telling us about the property was correct. I'm sure that not many other agents would have had the same understanding about what they're selling as John did.
Needless to say, after that first visit, we proceeded to make an offer, have it accepted, then go to the auction only to walk away with our dream home! Thanks once again John! Krystal and I are over the moon. Will have to have you around for a BBQ once the decks finished!
